    My two sons tried out for the Slammers 12u baseball team. The private tryout fee was $450.00 and if my two sons were not offered spots on the team, I was to be refunded $250.00, $125.00 for each son. I received an email from Slammers that I would show a refund on the credit card I used by 7/26/2024. 7/26/2024 came and went and I had received no refund, so I emailed the owner of Slammers, *******************. ************** replied and told me that they process refunds on Thursday 7/25/2024 and I would see my refund on my credit card by Monday, 7/29/2024 or Tuesday, 7/30/2024 by the latest. 7/30/2024 came and went I still had received no refund. I emailed ************** as he requested I do if I did not get my refund and he has not replied to my email. I am seeking the $250 refund that I am owed. I have attached all relevant documentation.

    Better Business Bureau:

    The Business has addressed my concerns outside of addressing the BBB in reference to complaint ID ********. My issue is resolved and my complaint can be closed.
