            I double-paid my mortgage on May 24, 2024. Once I noticed, I contacted Dovenmuehle customer service and the representative informed me with the steps to take (email ************************************************ After no response for a day, I called back. The next representative told me I should add some information (bank account number and routing number) so I did. Another day of no response so I called back. This representative told me to specifically ask for the funds to be deposited back in to my account or they would mail me a check which would take several days so I did. After about 7 days and more phone calls later, I find out they ignored my request for a deposit and allegedly mail me a check and I would have to wait 10 to receive it. After this 10 days and no no check, I call back to be told I should wait a few more days. It is now July 15 and I still have not received my money!

            Refuse to remove pmi even though I have more equity than what I owe. Terrible customer service. Lost a ********************** payment as well and refused to correct their incorrect credit bureau reporting. All they do is hurt the consumer. Stay away!
