We had used Aloha Construction for our roof replacement many years ago. After the hail storm in August 2024, our roof was damaged and I contacted Aloha again. Aloha's ******* *********** came to our house and helped us file a claim with our insurance company. With ******* and the Aloha Team we were approved to have our roof, gutters and window surrounds replaced.The process was easy and ******* followed up on every step of the process. She helped us with picking colors for the roof, gutters and surrounds. The work was scheduled and completed quickly. If we had any questions or concerns, ******* helped and quickly resolved them. The Aloha team also takes care of all of the paperwork with the insurance company for claim payment.I highly recommend ******* *********** and Aloha Construction for any roof replacement and exterior work! It is important to us to be able to work with a local company and know that they will be with us for years to come.

Only been a homeowner for a few years, so I was apprehensive at first. They completely fixed my detached garage roof and my siding around the house as well as inside the three season room. Insurance scammers talk you into signing contract ( salesman said I wouldn't find cheaper and if I did I could get out of said contract) I found the work for half the price plus got an itemized estimate for said work which I still have not received from Aloha I have not heard from anyone at Aloha for over a month even after texting our salesman.Aloha Construction, Inc.

Aloha construction team are true scum....They did faulty work...I called them 3 times, finally got a call back. they came up with every excuse they could why it was not there fault. I showed them proof and had another roofer show them what they did wrong, and they still would not admit and repair the issue...IF YOU USE THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AS WELL.Aloha Construction, Inc.

We called Aloha Const as they were referred to us from a family member for our leaky ********* signed a contract on May 23, 2023. ** told us that he was able to get the ins adjuster to also replace the siding on our home. We had not discussed replacing our siding with Aloha, only our roof. ** was very confident that our ins company would be replacing not only our roof, but also our siding. At the end of June, we received a check from our ins ************ informed *************************** them the info we received from the ins company. There was 3-4 weeks of communication between ************************** ins company, then we had not heard from Aloha for several weeks afterwards even though we had left several messages weekly for RJ, his boss **** and even the owner, *****. Over 6 weeks we asked to be released from our contract. Only after leaving messages threatening to get a lawyer, did we receive a call from *** who said he was told to call us to schedule a date for our repairs. After sending the info to him, *** called back and said that the ins was only covering 4 shingles and one side of our house for siding. He told us that Aloha does not do repairs, only complete replacement & would not be able to fix our roof. This was the first time anyone from Aloha had informed us about this information in the four months since we received the check from our ins company. He then said that he could send us confirmation of termination of their contract, which is what we had been requesting be done for the past 5 weeks. Within the hour, *** sent the termination letter to us. We feel that we were deceived and deserted by Aloha for four months. They were initially trying to get our insurance to cover re-siding the entire house and garage without any regard to our original request to have our roof fixed. All while knowing that they would not be fixing our roof as they do not do repairs. Their business ethics are extremely poor and we would not recommend calling this company for any type of work.Aloha Construction, Inc.

Find another company to do roof or siding job. Aloha does poor quality of work. There are great companies out there, Aloha is NOT one of them. Get referrals from people you know and dont trust 5 star reviews. Found a 5 star review written by an employee. Very unethical! Would love to add pictures, they show more than wordsAloha Construction, Inc.

I was hesitant to file a claim for storm damage to my roof and gutters, but the professionals at Aloha Construction knew exactly how to make my claim and repairs a hassle-less experience. The project spearheaded by ******* and ****** was a smashing success. The outstanding crew delivered as promised with a job well done and no mess left behind. Aloha Construction redid our roof after hail damage. **** was very accommodating and came to the house numerous times to answer our questions. The crew that did the work did everything in one day and the cleanup was superb! we would highly recommend Aloha to anyone!Aloha Construction, Inc.

**** the salesperson was very responsive and his manager that I talked to a couple times was as well. The crew that completed the work did a very nice job and cleaned up very well after they were done. I would definitely use them again.Aloha Construction, Inc.

I had a tree limb go through my roof in the garage from the ice storm on 2/22/23. My insurance company only wanted to repair the roof. There was also damage from this event on my siding and also on my newer gutters. My insurance company replaced the siding as there was not a match for it, but said they would only repair the roof. I was upset as I thought I should have received a new roof. *******, who helped me through this distressing situation went to bat for me. I spoke with a supervisor at my insurance and they said I had to repair the roof as they had a match for it.The siding was completed and was beautiful except for a few cosmetic issues with it. Aloha fixed these issues to my satisfaction. The gutter that was damaged was also replaced to my satisfaction. I of course had to pay my deductible to Aloha and was told there would not be any more money I would need to give them. I contacted the manager from my insurance company and told him it was not a good match. He agreed with me per the pictures and approved the roof replacement. I am very satisfied with the new roof . There was a rotting in one place on my roof and Aloha fixed this. When I look at my home now, which is a ranch I feel it has the best look of any of the houses on my block.Aloha Construction, Inc.
