A purchase was made with lavish funiture outlet o 08/29/2024, The company told me that the leasing option i was signing was 120 day same as cash. No other terms were discussed when asked and the sales *** was very pushy to make me buy more items and not discuss terms.Initial Complaint

Went to the store and bought varies items. We paid extra delivery and install of two wall mirrors. The guy at the store stated that install is only them taking it out the box. My wife and I asked for a refund if this is what install meant as this is different from what we paid for. A guy came to my house about 9pm intoxicated and completed the install. Video on ring cam shows intoxicated male. During this time he stated one mirror was cracked and the other had an extreme defect. The store was notified via phone and email sent photos and we were told the items will be replaced and expect a call on 4/7/24. They have failed to contact me on numerous occasions leading to that point as I called and went to the store after being told Ill call you back. Its been a month and Im being told now that no contact was made with another provider on their parts for replacement. This furniture is under contract and being paid on-time. The two mirrors can be returned or picked back up anytime. If the mirrors cant be replaced I will want a full refund. Its been over a month with no resolution.Initial Complaint

I purchased a couch and love seat from the furniture store. The sale person ensured, me that the furniture they deliver would me brand new from the factory. When the furniture arrived, it was the store display and dirty. The couch did not fit through the door. I went up to the store to ask why they tried to deliver the display furniture. They sale person apologize and allowed me to pick out another living room set. I picked a 3 piece sectional. The sale person stated he will give the sectional for the $1200 in which include the $100 deliver since the company never delivered the new living room set. The store gave me another receipt and the delivery date. The sale person admitted that the company was wrong. The furniture I bought for my son was scheduled to be delivered 12/12/23 or 12/13/23. I received the receipt for the 3 piece sectional on 12/8/23. On that day, the company call the phone twice and hung up. I called them back and they pretended as if they did not call. On 12/12/23 I called to ask for the time for delivery, the sales man said he will call me with a time. They did not call. I called again 12/13/23 (last day for delivery) and he stated he will call me back with the delivery time, because the delivery is ready. Later, they called to say, they does not have the 3 piece sectional in the factory. I said, you said the delivery is ready. The sales man yelled and said, we dont have it. I asked, when will they deliver the furniture. The man said, were not delivering the furniture. We will give your money back but not the $100 delivery. I asked how is that and you never delivered the furniture. They were rude and disrespectful to me. They would not give me their name. One of the men said, I dont have a name. Another man said Abs. I asked for the owners name, they said they dont know the owners name. They call the owner ***. They also disrespected my culture as if I am a nobody. The company does not have any respect for the customers. The company continue to lie to customers to get the customers money and refuse to give the customers all of the money back, after the company breached the contract.Initial Complaint

I purchased a couch and dining room table with chairs from Lavish Furniture Outlet on Nov. 6, 2022, the furniture was delivered on November 12th. The cost that I paid to the sales rep was $2,550 which included $250 for delivery and setup of the furniture. The couch and table were set up in my home, however the chairs were already put together. On 11/14 I found a s**** underneath one of the chairs and the next day there were 2 screws on the floor beneath another chair. After further inspection I noticed that one of the larger screws was coming out of another chair, so I went back into the store that day and told the sales person that the chairs were falling apart. While in the store I noticed that the display table had different chairs at it in a royal blue color so I asked ***, the sales person if they had given me the display chairs and he smiled and said no. I told him that I thought that they had and I wanted new chairs out of the box and he said ok that he would get them exchanged out. After giving me the runaround for about a 11/2 weeks he finally told me on November 30th that the owner ***** said that he was not going to replace them. I was very upset after *** told me this and he was very apologetic and understood how I felt. He said that he was going to make it right and would call me on December 2nd. As of today 12/16, I have not heard anything from him or the owner, which is very appalling to me. ***** has a store in a predominantly black neighborhood and is behaving in an unprofessional manner where he is not even interested in replacing the chairs or having a conversation with me about my dissatisfaction with the merchandise that I purchased through his store. I feel he is treating me this way because I am a black women whom he has no respect for as a person and definitely not as a customer. All I'm asking for is that ********************** replace the chairs or come get everything that i bought and refund me the $2,550 in full.
