            Visited for a first time consultation for an ENT issue on 03/01.When I arrived, I ended up waiting around 40 minutes after my appointed time to see doctor ****** **********. During the consultation, the doctor heard my medical complaint and took a look at my nose which took about 10 minutes of consultation time.I paid a $50 copay at that time.Couple months later I have received a medical bill for this consultation for two items $414, $362.After my insurance paid and made adjustments for over $400, I received a bill saying I still owe $291.65 Upon calling their billing department and speaking to a representative and the billing manager, I was told that "this is what they can bill per insurance so that's that" and that the quality of service doesn't matter.Upon further investigation with my insurance provider, I found that the $414 charge was for a NASAL ENDOSCOPY, which was when the doctor said " let me take a look in there" and took a tube and looked within my nose for around 10 seconds an said "yup that is clogged in there". After I mentioned I have had severe clogging in my ******* the time I was unaware that his action of taking a look in my nose will cost an additional $414 charge and that it was out of scope of the initial consult. Additionally the customer service and billing line was rude and had the attitude of "too bad, we can charge you this so whatever".
