            We had a bid done on March 25th by J.J.'s tree and emergency service. Total price quoted was $1800 to take the tree down and remove it, leaving the stump. We waited until May 7th to hear that they would be out the next day and required half down ($900) in order to start the job. JJ sent his girlfriend Megan out later that afternoon to collect the $900 and I was given a receipt for that. We then got blown off week after week. I contacted JJ on June 14th asking when he planned on coming out and getting it done. He let me know he had been going through some depression and anxiety problems and hadn't been working for a couple weeks but he would have it done within the next week. I was understanding on this because I've been there before. July 7th I messaged him asking for our deposit back. We had waited 4 months and our patience had run out. He said he would come out that weekend and get it done, we declined because he had lost our trust. He will not give us our deposit back.

            Attentive to our wishes. We had a tree removed, trim our dogwood tree, being conscious of balancing limb laterals and topping the tree. Also, dug out overgrown maiden grass and replanted too. Clean up and courtesy to us very much appreciated. Great job!
