On the evening of June 17, 2021 I placed on order, # **********. The next morning I noticed some items were back ordered so I called to customer service to have the order cancelled. I was told the order was cancelled. On June 21st, I received an email said items were shipped. I contacted customer service again and they said they would try to contact the shipper to have it return/rerouted. That did not happen. On June 28th the package was left at my door. I took the package back to the post office because it was a smartpost package from ****** They told me to write refused, which I did. I have 3 attachments showing the package tracking number where ***** delivered it and a tracking showing where I returned it. and it is in the ***** system. I contacted *** again because they keep sending me an invoice for payment. I keep explaining to them that the package was refused and sent back. They said they haven't received it and can't do anything. I contacted ***** , it has been over 30 dayBusiness response

We apologize for the confusion surrounding your recent order. We do see that the orders were refused and sent back to us. A refund was processed for the first box and we processed a refund for the second box. A credit has been processed against the open balance for the $67.48. *** perks has been charging me $14.95 since January 2021 and it is now July 2021. I have never signed up due this or received any proceeds from this scam. I am seeking to file a complaint and seek reimbursement. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. What a ripoff on a card I hardly use!*******************************Business response

We have reviewed your account, and we do showyou enrolled into our perks program on 11/20/2019 when you placed an onlineorder. When you finish placing order online there is a pop up that goes intodetail. We ask that you provide your email address to enroll. We do not autopopulate the fill and we do not take any of your information to enroll you inperks without your consent. We ask you to provide your email address as shownin the picture above the email box, we outline the basic payment term of this program.
We have processed the membership cancellationand refund for the account as requested.

I received a collection letter from a *** stating I signed up for a ready credit express option in 8/20/20, which I did not nor do I even know what that means. They are stating I never responded to their invoice, which I never received and now they are saying I owe them $214.38 and they want me to give them a credit card number to pay this. I have purchased some items from them probably about 2 years ago, but I paid it in full. I have emailed them twice and they keep insisting I owe this, but I have not ever signed up for this program, I just bought some items for Christmas almost two years ago, and two days ago I received the letter that I owe this amount. They say my customer number is # *******. I do not have any documents were I signed up for this program nor any monthly statements that they said they sentBusiness response

We have looked into your account, on August20th 2020 you placed an order online with our credit option. Selectcustomers are offered a credit option and its their discretion to use this, wedo not force customers to check out with it, on step 2 of online checkout youhave to choose your form of payment. If you want to use a card, PayPal, or thecredit option they will be there for you to review. If a customer chooses theCredit option it will disclose what this entails. As stated we do show youpicked this option when you checked out on your own. You stated you paid for this,we would need your bank statement showing charges deducted, and you can alsoverify with your bank all charges from us in 2020-2021.
On your account we do not have any paymentssent to us, the credit option was used, and since we never received payment youwere charged late fees and interest charges on your total. As you stated we dosend out monthly invoices with your new total and the due date for the payment,these would have started the month the order was placed.
At this time you will need to submit proof ofpayment, regarding late fees and finance charges you will need to speak to ourCredit Department directly, their number is **************.
