      I have been a customer of ********************** for many years.I have always paid my **** on time and enjoyed their products.A few weeks ago I sent in an order and never received it so I called the company.They informed me that my order had been cancelled. I asked them who cancelled it?They said it had been cancelled because I had an outstanding balance. I told them they were mistaken because I always paid my ****.They then told me it was from November of last year. They said I owed ****! Why in the name of God did they wait until now to tell me that I owed them ****?I have no intention of paying it and I wonder why my excellent customer status is not being considered. I will never do business with this company again if this is the way they treat people!!!!!!!!!

      Rec'd a **** from *** saying I had a balance over $200. I called them and was told I hadn't made any payments since May. I have all my receipts showing where I paid from my bank. Was told to get proof from my bank and fax to them which I did within 2 days. Still 2 weeks later payments are not posted to my acct. I call just now and there is note in system saying I now need fronts and backs of my checks showing I paid. I ask how I was shipped about 7 orders from the time apparently they have told me I hadn't paid them and they said they go by a credit report and since I have a good one they will still send orders out. I sent them what they ask for in order to apply my payments to my acct and I am still showing a bal over $200. I need this corrected. Thank you

      I bought 2 plants in May. What I received was 2 rotten roots that I could not use. I called the company and told them that I was not going to pay for a bad product. They said they understand and cancelled the account and said that they would remove the charges. 5 months later I am still receiving statements from Ready Credit with the same charges over and over again. I have called many times the customer ******* of *** and Ready Credit. Both of them saying that it is the other one who can eliminate the charges. It's been ridiculous. Every week, I called and explain again that I am not paying for something that was rotten and supposedly cancelled. I am sick of this company.

      They have been charging my bank card $14.95/month for months! We just figured out what it was! I finally found where other people were charged by them. How are they still in business???? Why havent they been shut down if they have been stealing from people for years?

      We apologize that you were unaware that you signed up for this program. We tried our best to be as transparent as possible
      If the order was placed online this is what we show all of our customers who qualify for perks: We ask that you provide your email address to enroll. We do not auto populate the fill and we do not take any of your information to enroll you in perks without your consent. We ask you to provide your email address as shown in the picture above the email box, we outline the basic payment term of this program.

      At no point do we auto enroll customers not auto populate the information to be enrolled, all customers enroll themselves when orders are done online.

      We also send an email when enrolled to notify customers, if they did not mean to enroll all customers can call us at any point to have it cancelled. We do not force customers into nor keep them without consent.

      You have already been cancelled from it when you contacted us prior.

      I placed a order with *** Commondities 8/12/21. I ordered I thought a 3 pc kids appliance set for *****. When I received my order I only got one coffee maker and was **** but was charged *****. I called that same day and i was told I'd be credited because they no longer had the mixer. But if I wanted the toaster I'd have to reorder. I told them just to credit my card. After a month and still no credit I emailed and complained. They kept emailing me back stating I had ordered 3 coffee makers. I said ok fine but I only got one. They never mention a refund just that I ordered 3 coffee makers. ??. I know it's not that much money but it's the principal and they can't seem to understand I was overcharged. Should have been **** not *****. Order number ************. It's obvious they don't want to help me. They keep saying I ordered 3 coffee makers and if I have any questions email back. Which I've done 5 times! Thank you. ***************************.

      On 6/4/21 I purchased items online from LTD Commodities in the amount of $71.22. I had received their catalog in my mail unsolicited and saw the items there. After receiving the items I have been getting charged a monthly subscription fee for their perks program which I didnt know anything about. In July, August and September they charged $14.95 on my Amex card for LTDPerks. This is so unscrupulous, to deceive people who purchase from them with an ongoing monthly fee for a program they dont even know about. I want a refund for the three $14.95 charges they billed to my Amex for the Perks program.I went on their site today to investigate the charges and saw that I could cancel the membership which I never signed onto, and did so.I appreciate any help you can give me.

      On 8-6-21 I placed an order #********** for a set of 3 hanging *****. On 8-27-21 I finally received the order with a correct invoice but wrong item. I received BATS instead of Ghost. I immediately called **** This should have been a simple exchange. Instead after a 45 min call I was disconnected. First the customer service rep told me I entered the wrong item #. The item # she was referring to was from a different order place on a different date, 8-16-21. I received this order weeks ago. Then she told me I hadn't even received order yet, even thou I was telling her I did and it was the wrong item! Then she told me they couldn't exchange the item because it was a different price. But it is the same price, same #, just a choice between bats and ghost. I told her she obviously didn't understand and I needed to talk to someone else. She basically told me NO. She then put me on hold again and then I was disconnected. I just want the ***** my grandson ask for BEFORE Halloween!

      I received a gift from a family member around Christmas 2020 from **** Since then, I have been receiving overdue balance statements saying I owe $121.43 for account number *****************. They are threatening to send me to collections for something I am not responsible for. I have NEVER signed up for anything with this company and do not owe them a *****. If they are owed anything, they need to go after whoever signed up and not me. They are trying to charge me for someone else's ****. This is an illegal tactic and I demand they remove this fake **** and stop harassing me. I have called to speak to customer service and was actually YELLED at over the phone. Again, I have NEVER purchased anything from this company. I have NEVER signed a contract or anything similar for this company.

      I ordered a Cover for my son's recliner chair. He didn't want to use it . I contacted *** and told the agent I needed to return an item. I received a letter dated 6/21/21, with instructions on how to return the item, along with a shipping label. I packaged it up as directed, placed a copy of the letter inside the package and mailed it at the *********** in the ***** zone.I paid for this purchase through PayPal. I have contacted *** by phone 3 times since July, getting absolutely no where. The one thing I forgot to do was write down the Tracking #. The agent keeps asking for the Tracking #, I keep telling them I forgot to write it down. The letter with the details is inside the box, so whoever opened the box would have seen it. The cost was $34.99 and the form said returned items could be subject to a $7.99 return fee, which would be deducted from the original cost. I have shopped with *** for over 30 years and this is the first bad experience I have ever had with them.

      I had returned an item (door canopy) using their prepaid return label via **** on May 7, 2021. (TRACKING#***************************). Per my phone call 6-15-21 they acknowledged receipt of the item on 5-15-21 and ***** said she would send to process my refund. I have been trying to get my refund of $80.00 with several phone calls on 6-24-21, 7-13-21, 7-30-21 with no success. I disputed it with my bank, Chase on 7-30-21 but the charge has been put back on my checking account as of today 8-16-21. My bank states that *** stated the charge was valid.
