      On 5/1/23 I placed an order with LTD Commodities. In checking the status of my order for the past 2 weeks, the status is "preparing to ship". I have usually gotten my order within 7 days. I have emailed them on several occasions and gotten no response. The past 2 days I have tried numerous times to call them and been on hold with a recorded message. I finally hang up after being on the phone with a recorded message stating that the current wait time is "2-3 minutes. My wait time for someone to answer has been 20+ minutes. All I want to know is if my order will be shipped in the very near future and if not I would like to cancel my order.

      I placed an order for a gift online at LTD Commodities on April 5th (order #**********). After a few days I was wondering when it would be shipped and attempted to access the website. I was unable to get on the site and when I googled "LTD Commodities" I found out that they had filed for bankruptcy. I needed this item for a gift and ordered the same item from a different retailer. A few weeks later (May 3rd) I noticed that I had an e-mail from LTD Commodities and I went on the website and found out they were back in business. I looked at the status of my order because I had no idea what was going on with my order and it said it was "being prepared for shipping". I tried calling them to cancel the order and waited on hold for over 45 minutes. I then e-mailed them and explained that I no longer needed the item since it was a gift and had been ordered over a month ago and would like to cancel the item. I never heard back from them. I tried calling them again today and was on hold for 54 minutes! I want to return this item without being charged the **** the website says they charge for returns and I want my money back (*****).

      I ordered flowers in February 2023 and have attempted to contact the company several times and there is no answer at the phone number given. I have also attempted to communicate with them by email and have heard nothing.The total for the purchase was $39.96, which I would like refunded to my credit card use for transaction.

      I started getting charged ***** a month for the last six months for the perk and I did not order it from **** and I want this subscription stopped and I want refunded ASAP. I have tried to contact them many times today and I cant get them.

      I originally put in an order with LTD Commodities on April 5th, 2023. I got email confirmation that the order was being processed and an email from my credit card about the initial charge. However, before the package could actually ship, the company went bankrupt. I realized this when I noticed the order link in the email was broken. When I went to the company's website, there was only a message about the company going out of business. The message stated that any packages that had shipped would go ahead, but any that had not would not go out. So the in processing charge was removed from my credit card and my order did not go through. However, on May 2nd I got an email from my credit card that it had been charged for an order from **** I was never officially notified that my order was back on, or given a chance to cancel it. I could not cancel it myself on their website. I tried to email, but did not hear back after 24 hours, and the order shipped anyway. I tried to call them twice, but did not reach a representative either time. I tried to email again to cancel the rest of the order that had not already shipped. I still have not gotten a response to either email and the second part of the order has also shipped.

      I placed a order with this company April 7th and found out a couple days later 1 item from my set was on backorder. I tried calling right away with no results. I found out April 11th they filed bankrupcy abd that all orders not processed would be cancelled and money returned which they hadn't taken yet. At the end ofApril I found out that they were back.in business and I called again to make sure the order was cancelled. They said it was not and they could not cancel order. I said it has not been shipped and I have been trying to cancel for over a month and still not shipped and still not cancelled.

      I placed an order on LTD Commodities website on 4/6/23 (Order # **********) that was said to be shipped on 4/10/23. FexEx tracking # is TRACKING NUMBER9261299989012881009803. When I track the package over a month, it says label created waiting on shipper. I have not received the package and when I try contacting the company by phone or email no service works. I would just like a refund of my money, as I have not received the items ordered. Thank you.

      As of today, 5-2-23, I placed an order on 4-6-23 confirmation # o16581530 paid via Pay Pal $123.30. I received a confirmation e-mail to *********************** from *** thanking me for my order...then no other e-mail or receipt of shipment. I cannot contact the company as all phone numbers drop my call after going through the prompts. On 4-27-23 I filed a complaint online at: ********************************************************************************************************************************** in which you now state you did not receive. Please resolve this issue on my behalf. Thank you.

      After you contacted the company, I received an e-mail that my order was shipped.  Even though they did not respond to you, I got my order.  Thank you and all your team for helping me secure these items.

      I NEVER signed up for LTDPERKS with.LTDPERKS.COM ************ **. I keep getting a charge of $14.95 on my credit card since September 2022. each month... I have tried to call Ltdperk numerous times as well as called Ltd commodities as well as tried to email them and write to them to get this charge stopped but have been unable to reach them. I would like to get this charge stopped since I never signed up for this service. All I get is a recording or a disconnect from the line when you get transferred to another line. Please help me get this monthly $14.95 charge stopped from this company that I had NEVER signed up for....

      On 4/9/23 I placed on order with **** To date I have not received my merchandise. No tracking info is available. I have attempted to reach them by phone but cannot get through to a representative. I charged this purchase on my *** credit card. I would like a credit. *************************
