              Please see emails attached and photos attached. I purchased a dresser which was ****** come to find out this dresser is only $60 on Amazon. I canceled my next order and let quill know why I was unsatisfied and **** let me know he would match the price and fix the problem. Ever since I have received emails that are like bots or something making me prove the item then trying to sell me the item (again) like that arent even aware of whats going on.

              Avoid doing business with QUILL if youre looking to build business credit!!!!!Avoid doing any business with QUILL if you are seeking to establish business credit. I had a negative experience with them when I made a purchase and wanted to pay off the invoice promptly, but they refused to bill me as an invoice due to an unpaid balance, which was untrue. Even after providing supporting documents proving that the balance was fully paid off, it has been a hassle to get the hold released. This lack of concern for my business could have had serious consequences. I strongly advise against doing any business with QUILL. On the other hand, if you are looking for net 30 vendors, I highly recommend ULINE, Nav, and ECREDIBLE. I have never encountered any issues with them and they have been wonderful to work with. Unlike QUILL, they have consistently reported to D&B and provided excellent service. Moving forward I will be taking my business else where.

              We identified and apologized for our error, restored account balance to $0, followed up with D&B to restore credit history and gave the account a $300 line of credit.
