5 starsElite movers of Milwaukee moved us on April 29 th. ***** and ***** were incredible. They were safely wrapping our furniture and hauling boxes. Speed and politeness were a keystone. I couldnt be more pleased with Elite *********. So happy we went with Elite.Review fromPatty W

5 starsRafa and his team arrived on time and never stopped working. They knew what needed to be done & did it efficiently. Nothing was damaged or an issue. 1 starI would never let a friend or someone I cared about use Elite Movers. I thought I was paying a premium for higher quality service, but this was the worst moving experience of my life (and I've moved ~5 times in the last 10 years). Here are the specific problems we had:- Elite booked movers for the wrong date (they entered the wrong month in the service request), and on the morning of our move no one showed up which is how we found out - They were able to get a group of movers to come late that day, but there were not enough so the move took longer than planned. Because we had flights to our new home that evening we had to beg a friend to stay behind until the movers finished - Movers left our dinner plates in the cupboard despite paying for a full pack. They came back to pick them up, but the rest of my move was delayed so they could pick up the plates - Movers left our outdoor planters (that were in the inventory) and made no effort to pick them up or compensate us for the lost items - Movers damaged the floors in both the old and new locations (ripped up linoleum, scratched a wood floor)- Movers damaged two rugs and broke the handles off a designer purse Finally: Absolutely no adjustments, compensation, or anything was given to account for the mistakes, forgotten items, additional time, or damage. In addition to the move costing over $15k, we're out hundreds of additional dollars of lost and damaged items.Review fromStephanie R

5 starsI hired Elite Moving and Storage to ship my belongings from ******* to ***********. I had the pleasure of working with ******* who assisted me with the quote and walked me through the entire process. When the day of the pickup came around I was freaking out because I wasnt done with all the packing I intended to do. The ******* arrived and calmed me down and explained this is something they can assist with, they packed up the remaining items carefully and loaded them into the truck. I had additional items that werent on the initial quote that I had forgot to call in about but he explained that wont be a problem, they can be added if I like and he provided me with a revised quote. For their long distance deliveries, they work with a 14 business day window and the window starts on the day we provide to them. I started my window 7/31/23, On the day of 8/4 a lady in dispatch called me to tell me my items were loaded into a trailer and that the trailer departed that morning and I can expect my delivery anytime between 8/7-8/10. I got a call from the driver on 8/8 midday explaining they will deliver my items the next day on 8/9 and he gave me the time. On 8/9 I got a call from the driver that he was about 1 hour away from my location and he will call me when he arrives. Once he arrived, the driver and his team introduced themselves and asked me where I would like certain items and quickly got to working. They assembled my beds that the team in ******* disassembled and put each box in their designated rooms. I have heard so many horror stories from other moving companies that I almost gave up and rented a U-Haul and moved the items myself. Long Story short, Elite exceeded my expectations and made this anxious and stressful time of my life so much easier for me. They always answered or returned my calls or emails in a timely manner to the best of their ability. I hope I dont have to move again but If I do, I will definitely use them. Hello, I wouldnt move with anyone else again! This company came highly recommended and I can see why, everyone from sales to the movers to dispatch were so professional and helpful. 5 starsElite Moving and Storage moved me and my family in September of this year. They sent out a crew of three men to move my two bedroom apartment from a first floor to a third floor. They arrived on time and were very friendly and professional throughout the entire move. I do have to admit I was not as prepared as I thought I was. So they offered to assist with any packing that I still needed to do. Anything I chose to pack myself they offered tips on how to do it so my stuff would not get damaged through the transportation. They took care of my belongings as if it were their own, and everything arrived with no damage to my new apartment. I was so shocked and pleased at how fast and professional the crew was. ****, ******, and ******** did a phenomenal job. I have already referred friends and family who are looking to move in the future. Thank you Elite Moving and Storage for making my very stressful move stress free.
