Absolute worst dealer group you could go to. Stay as far away from any Zeigler dealership as possible. Dont waste your time as I promise you will be lied to. Be aware of all of their additional fees and BS within a car deal. They have ads on their website, you get to the dealership and many times, they blame it on a glitch in the system. Its a complete lie and scam.

I purchased a nearly 40k vehicle from this dealership last year. And Im just now getting wind of the fact my car was imported from ****** and due to that I have no warranty on the vehicle which was voided completely after being imported into the US, this very vital information was not shared with me during the purchase. Now Im dealing with an issue that would have been covered by the manufacturer warranty but it was denied because its ********. Had I been told this up front i would have never purchased the vehicle.I feel this was very unethical, and misleading selling practices. I will have to eventually either sell the vehicle or buy an extended warranty which to me

June'23 - After being advised to go in person to finalize our lease payoff a manager was very disrespectful to my wife and I. The way he speaks to customers is highly unprofessional and I would NOT recommend car shopping at this dealership. Terrible experience.

So today 28SEP22 I went into the dealership to checkout a vehicle and possibly move forward with purchasing it if everything came back satisfactory. I came in dressed comfortably (running shoes, joggers, hoodie and harley ***** as in anytime I am out of uniform. Found an associate to locate a salesman, who i definitely noticed by his approach he didn't wanna help because he didn't see a sale. He asked the customary questions what brings you in etc. But I will only focus on the ones saying what do you drive and who is financing you. My response ************* (not know to him, this is my work vehicle) and financing may be *********** or BOA, neither are my bank of choice for my pre-approved check I was carrying. Approached the two specific vehicles I was in too see. He says "Here they are" and stands there *awkward silence. Me can I see the inside and maybe even test drive. "Um let me look them up and see" another few minutes pass of us just standing there and him fiddling his phone. He leaves comes back 10 minutes later and says "Both of these cars have been sold to other dealerships in our network," Me: Okay what does that mean? Salesman: That means we don't own them and you have to buy them through us from them at a higher price. Me: *Confused look, WTF how does that work you guys have a big umbrella of dealerships (yeah some may be independent but they carry the name) but you up charging the sister dealership and then they have to up sale the car. (*in my head that means there is really no money made. Salesman: So, yeah if you want this one it is *8K more and the other is $10K more. Me: *Another confused stare, well Navy Federal has both of these vehicles listed for sale and ready to be picked up today if I want to purchase. Salesman: It ain't up to date. Me: okay thanks anyway. This s*** is crazy I found the cars through my bank Navy Federal which referred the dealership and could have done everything through them but I wanted to check out the car. I hate to say

This dealer engages in deceptive pricing methods. Listed a vehicle at ***** when in fact it was *************************************************** ** which say they can't do that. They are corrupt and unethical. They take pride in scamming the everyday person.

We purchased a $50K vehicle. This dealership is full of incompetent and corrupt people. There is nothing good to say about this place.-They will charge you a "Recondition Fee", when no work was done with the vehicle. They sold our vehicle with scratches and dings, when we complained, it took them 1 week to complete the work.-Finance officer does not show you the finance agreement, they want you to do a digital signature first, then just print out the finance contract. They auto enrolled us into "extended warranty" contract, no asking. They removed "extended warranty" when we complained and redid a new finance contract.-Finance offer didn't tell us the interest rate, just went with their highest amount. When we complained they then lowered it. They never told us what the other banks offered. -Salesperson lied our vehicle was an AWD, it was in fact a FWD. Since we never took our car until a week later, we went on a trip with the vehicle the day we got the vehicle. When we came back from our trip and complained to the Store manager, he offered us an exchanged. The manager then takes 1 month to find us a SALVAGED vehicle as an exchange. We told him, NO, and is now on our second month waiting. He hasn't returned any calls or texts. The only thing left for us is to *** them for Fraudulent misrepresentation.Stay away from this business and take your money somewhere else.

Disgustingly Racist. General sales manager guy was racist from the beginning (i didn't know he was the sales manager) and accused me of trying to rob him for not giving him my personal information. Said he wouldn't allow for a test drive unless I provide "paystubs" and "social security number". A salesman came and showed me some cars. I chose a car and started negotiating. When I tried negotiating the car to 20k (car had 100k miles on it) from 25k, the sales manager walks in and it was the same racist guy I met earlier. He said to come back when I had a "serious offer". Completely racist. Guys name was Slavi K.Overall, I would not recommend this place and I honestly don't know how to properly report him. So I'm just writing a review here to warn people.
