This is the 8th time I have used this company and while the actual people cleaning the windows have changed over the years, the excellent service, flexibility in the appointment organizing and the swift response to me as the customer have remained outstanding. Every ******************************************* professional thus far has done an excellent job. I was especially happy this year with the courtesy of the staff while on site. See you next year Bubbles!

Bubbles was referred by our landscaper, whom we had approached seeking help removing some tree debris from our roof and making sure our covered gutters were not clogged. The Bubbles team, on 11/08/2024, did a great job cleaning three roofs at different levels, making sure all gutters were clear, and, for the first time in many years, we got all our windows and doors cleaned. They were professional and friendly and very pleasant to work with. Their services are very reasonably priced. 1 starI am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from this company. The job was not completed as promised, which is unacceptable. Initially, I was assured that I didn't need to be home while the technicians cleaned the exterior windows and patio door on the first floor. When they called to say they had arrived, I asked if it was appropriate to clean in the rain, and I was told it was fine because they are professionals. However, I find it hard to believe they are professionals when they arrived in an old, noisy van that lacked the company's logo. After their cleaning, I received another call from the office, inquiring whether I was home to check their work. I asked if all the first-floor windows were cleaned, and the representative assured me they were. Trusting their word, I felt confident everything was satisfactory for such a task. Upon my return, I discovered that my patio door and four windows were still dirty. I immediately called the office but experienced a long hold time. After sending an email, I received a frustrating response: Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything further as we requested to meet with you before and after the service and were denied that opportunity. Because we couldn't meet with you in person to ensure your satisfaction, and since it has been past our 15-day policy, we are unable to take further action. If I had known I needed to be home, I would have ensured my presence without hesitation. This explanation is baffling. Our agreement was clear: they would clean all the first-floor exterior windows, which they did not accomplish. I fail to see how my absence affects their responsibility to complete the job properly. It is astonishing that I would need to monitor a company claiming to have "professionals" on their team. I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received and hope this issue can be addressed promptly.Review fromJulia T

I cannot compliment Bubbles Service enough - from the person who reached out to me and offered me a price I couldn’t refuse, to the window cleaners who arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently - and left me with spotless windows, to the fact that I could pay via a simple phone call. I should have read the reviews of this company ahead of time! It was really bad, the quote given was 275 to clean up, I told him it was too expensive but they promised to do better. When the crew arrived I was friendly and went to say hello and asked if I could help? They said no, by the time the job was done I got the bill which was $380, I said that was not the right price but they said the house was too high but no one told me ahead of time even though I went out several times while they were working. I made a call to the company and the same told me I couldn't lower the price for the work I had already done. I ended up paying 330. now I find out that this company does this all the time, a low quote and then no call for the work and then later **** up the price, it's not about how much it costs, it's about the integrity of the company, make sure you stay away from this company!Bubbles Window Washing & Gutter Cleaning

1 starI've had difficulty with this company from an administrative perspective, not the quality of window cleaning. *******, the on-site cleaning professional was great and we tipped in cash accordingly. The difficulty I'm having is with the billing. The original quote was for $310 which I believed was too high compared to our former home and I planned to shop around. The following evening, a representative from Bubbles called me to see what we thought of the quote and I told her we wouldn't be going with Bubbles to which she said they would eliminate the frame cleaning which amounted to $100 so our new quote to clean the windows inside & out is $210. Great; lets get it scheduled for August 2, 2023. The tech showed up promptly, did a good job on the windows and we tipped him in cash. I have a text message from Bubbles indicating that the" exact price will be confirmed with you before starting the work". I didn't recall that being stated; otherwise, I would have asked ******* for quote verification. Received an invoice for $320 and have been trying to get the price discrepancy resolved amicably as this is all a misunderstanding in my opinion. However, their staff is rude, insistent that the price is correct and best of all, offered that we split the difference and pay them 50% of the new amount stating they couldn't eliminate a charge for work that was already performed. I didn't want the frames cleaned, told them I didn't want them cleaned prior to the work, but now they're offering 50% off on a service I never wanted. Following up with that, some of the frames were cleaned and others werent. Never imagined we would have to get so far as to talk about the quality of the work since it was a service we didn't want to begin with. Save your time, money and aggravation and find a different company for these services.Review fromSteve R

1 starReceived a quote to clean gutters for $200. I verified it was a quote and not an estimate. They had been to this house be before. Then they notified me it would be $350 instead of $200, because downspout was clogged. Their proof of the clog was two EXTERNAL pictures of the downspout, neither pic showed anything abnormal.
