    Went into true value rental to rent a concrete mixer for 24 hrs it was $95.00 it was a pull behind and has a motor on it ,on 8/11/2023 at 12:03 went out to hook it up and the gentleman showed me how to start it , he mentioned they just got it back ,we hooked it up and left I was putting post in the ground for my pole barn using bags of concrete when me and my wife finally got started it was about 3 o'clock I put 3 ******************************** it started it up it ran for a minute are 2 and then died I started it again it ran for another minute are too and dies I empty out the concert and set a post when I tried to start it again it would not start I spent about 20 minutes trying to start it finally I said to my wife let's mix it by hand in my wheelbarrow and I would return it in the morning it will be a Saturday morning on 08/12/2023 I looked on their website to see what time they're open and it said call for opening. Tried at 7:30. Nobody answered at 8 o'clock. I started heading that way. Figuring they'd open by 830 pulled in at 8:30. When I pulled up, they said to unhook it I told him we had problems with it. He tried to start it, and it wouldn't start Told him I had an issue with it and I didn't use it at all. He told me why didn't you call last night? I said, because I was trying to get stuff done, on my day off and by the time everything was done you were closed. He didn't say nothing just printed me a receipt for $95. I said it says $95. It didn't even work he did not say anything. I signed it and took my receipt. I told him I would leave him a bad review on ****** and that I shouldn't have to pay if I didn't use it and walked out of the store.
