              They were our mortgage lender. They sent us an escrow refund check for $2,341 which was blank on the bank so our bank denied it. We then contacted them to request another check to be sent back in March 2023. They said it would take a few weeks and it has now been 4 months and we have still not received our reimbursement check. They keep telling me to call back in a few weeks. I've spoken to management and requested it to be expedited but nothing has happened.

              Mr. *************************** with Mutual of Omahas Reverse Mortgage Department was heaven sent. I was feeling very anxious and uneasy because I lacked a clear understanding of how a reverse mortgage would work in my situation. Connecting with an agent who had been in the business for years representing a FIVE STAR company quickly dissolved my angst. **** patiently answered all my questions. He walked me through the entire process resulting in an outcome that I could not be happier with. My wife and I love our home and it is such a great feeling knowing that we can age in place.
