    NEVER buy from this company! Its a TOTAL scam! Ordered item and it never arrived. Tried multiple times to email the company with absolutely no reply. Finally put a claim in with my credit card company and I got a refund from my bank. Its a shame that this company is still in business and taking people's money. Wish I could give negative stars for the review.

    If I could give 0/5 I would. I ordered from this company in March of 2024 for Mothers Day in May, and still have not received my order. I have reached out to the contact us email multiple times asking for an update on my order and finally a refund and haven't received a single reply. There is no phone number to be found, and the tracking information says expired after the last update went unchanged for over a month after arriving in the **. Do not purchase from this company.

    Ordered for a Christmas gift and still have yet to receive it. I have emailed multiple times with no response from Painted Memory. The shipping recently updated and claims that it was delivered on the 6th. It was not. I was REALLY looking forward to getting this and giving it to my friend. I believe I have been scammed

    I didn't get what I ordered (2 separate times). I emailed for my 100% money back guarantee and have gotten the run around for 2.5 months now. Sent pictures, back and forth contact with multiple people... No results..

    This company scammed me out of $75. They offered overnight shipping, which took 3 weeks to arrive. I paid extra for extra detail only to finally get my portrait in with an entire missing body. I have emailed them multiple times, and have to email at least twice before getting a response to anything. They said the picture has too many colors - its a picture. Pictures have colors. Its fine for it to be less detailed (it doesnt need to have 6 different shades of skin tone per face), but the people do need bodies. They have just started ignoring me at this point.
