      I got surgery done at this location. We made it clear that we were not ready to do it at the moment unless the insurance covers it. We were told we must pay $2500 upfront and insurance would send us a refund. Everyone was nice at the doctors office. However we were given misleading info about the cost and the billing process. Different people were saying different things to my husband and I. It was very confusing. I wanted to get it done and really appreciated the treatment at the office so we paid upfront.They done told my husband that we are not getting any funds back because total cost of procedure is over $4000 and that the $2500 we paid was our out of pocket cost.I decided to call the insurance at that point. Turned out the procedure actually cost much less due to the plan I have. We then confronted the billing department. They confirmed at that point that we have a credit on our account and they will refund over $2400.Then the billing department just started giving us the run around. They turned around and called my husband stating they dont know when they will issue the refund as there is still a claim pending with the insurance. At the moment I confirmed with my insurance that all payments were issued. The last check from the insurance was sent on December 1st. Please help me get the refund. We are keep going in circles with them. Thank you,Please email me if you need any documentation from the insurance.

      On May 13th, 2021, I had an appointment at Pinnacle Dermatology at the ***********, ** office. ******** initially made a payment, which left me owing $89.26. I paid that balance off immediately on July 6th, 2021. In November of 2021, ******** made an adjustment to previous charges, which stated I only owed $75.87. I have contacted Pinnacle Dermatology at least 8 times about getting the refund of $13.39 that is due me. *************). I called on November 18th, 2021, and was told I could not get my refund back if my next appt. was in 6 months, (my next appt. was in May 2022.) So, after my May 2022 appt, I have not made any further appointments so that they would send me my refund. On March 20, 2023, I called the billing ***** to see about my refund. I spoke with ******* and was told it should be arriving soon! By April 26, 2023, I still had NOT received it, so I called again, and was told, by *****, that they would escalate my case, and that I should received my refund in 45 days. When nothing arrived by June 2, 2023, I called again, spoke with *****, who refreshed my case and spoke to the head of the *****, ******. I asked for a supervisor, who told me they had a mtg. in 10 min, and they would cut me a check the next day! and would follow up with an email. Still nothing by July 18, 2023, not even a followup email, so I called again, spoke with ******, who said to allow 20 days for my refund. By Aug. 2nd, 2023, still nothing, so I called again, and spoke with *********, and said it was still in process. At that point, I informed them I was going to contact the BBB. I know it's not much, but that $13.39 is MY money, not theirs!!! And, it shouldn't take over 2 years to get my refund!

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. In regards to complaint #********:  I received an email today that said my complaint has been closed since you had not received a response from the business.  I just wanted to let you know that BBB contacting them DID work!  I received my refund just 2 days ago, on Aug. 26th.  You may want to update your records.  Thanks so much for your help!

      I have been billed multiple times for the same services and services I paid up front for, like Botox.I overpaid and they finally reimbursed me. 1 month later they sent me a new bill and its been well over a year since Ive seen them.Fraudulent billing practices.

      I scedulaed appointmnts via phone in 2022 with office , the reception or office admin stated , that per my insurance carrier , i would only be responsible for my deductible of ***** for both visit , in which i paid at office . 2 months later they tried billing my for the office visits again and procedure , which they said it would be **vered . Why is the office trying to **llect three more visit fees in addition to the ****** already paid . After calling and calling office to rectify situation , I was assured by office manager , that i was **rrect , that i was over billed and that they would adjust it and issue me the **rrect bill , which there should of not been because the office stated the the ** /pay would **ver visits , a year later they sent me to **llection . I have been in **ntact with attorneys office assigned **llecting and they also have stated that the office has not returned their calls as well or adjusted amounts . still awaiting . with no answer .

      On Jan25, 2022 I had a cancerous melonoma removed from my neck. Before the surgery I was required to put a down a $600 deposit which I did. The surgery was successful and I was pleased with the service and the outcome. After my insurance company paid all the bills, it was determined I was due a refund of $120.55. I have been calling since August of 2022 about my refund.I have talked to probably ten different people since then. I called again on 10-18-2022, and was told by ******* that they would send me a refund check. On 11-8-2022 I talked to ***** and was told that it was still in process. On 12-5-2022 I talked to *** and was told it still is in process. On 1-11-2023 I talked to ******************************* and he told me a check was issued on 12-20-2022. Today, 1-19-2023 I talked to ****** and I told him I still never got the suppossedly issued check. All he could say was it was the post office's fault.I then told him I would go to the office in **** where I had the procedure done and he could call them to issue me a credit on my credit card on the spot. He said that was not an option. I hung up with him and proceeded to file this complaint.

      On July 13th, 2022, I went to Pinacle ********* **** ** . I was only supposed to pay ***** copay but this clinic charged me 60 $ . I have called 4x and sent documents from my insurance but I have not got any refund/ check of ***** until now. I have sent email and gave them documents they asked from my insurance but nothing happened until now.

      I had an appointment here. My copay should have been ***** but I was charged ***** once I received my EOB I FORWARDED it over to the billing ***** From June13th 2022 no one will return my call. No refund no response no resolution. Today I spoke with billing representative **************** who says someone from the back office has to APPROVE my overcharge return from June after 8 calls when they approve it they will let me know what the back office decides as a resolution. I need your help.

      I made an appointment over the phone for June 23, 2022 and was not advised that they charged a no show fee. I have never visited this office before & have never signed anything to that effect. When I called to complain they said calls were recorded, at which time I replied, I hope so & if you can provide me with anything to show I agreed to this, Ill pay it. However, they were unable to do ****** have received a second bill and, spoken to the billing department for the second time, with no resolve.

      I have been given the run around for 3 months with this company. I have driven over 25 miles to be told at the desk that my appointment was canceled due to the provider not being credentialed to my insurance. Now the office says that no one there accepts my insurance. After confirming my appointment and insurance with a team member a couple days ago.
