    Ordered a BOGO but only received 1 item instead of 2. **************** was not helpful until I sent them a picture of their own shipping label which clearly showed only 1 item shipped. I finally received the 2nd item but . .It turns out that neither item is usable. On the first item, the neck is incorrectly angled over the bowl which means that your face is directly over the flame when lighting the bowl. Ouch! On the second item, there's some kind of internal blockage making it impossible to draw anything from the bowl. Three strikes, you're ********* WASTE of time and money, plus lots of frustration. NOT recommended unless you enjoy frustration and throwing your money away.

    I had such a great experience. My package was originally lost or not delivered, but after following up with their customer service team they offered to send a replacement. The product is beautiful! The team was super responsive and very kind.

    Amazing company amazing price i wish they didn't take a portion of your refund to cover the return shipping but it's a extremely small percentage which is great they have amazing customer service and a huge selection of bongs the only thing i would suggest is they introduce coupons up to a extra 25% off instead of just 10

    I received item. It was defective as in it rocked back and forth and wasn't stable when standing. Also, the glass is very thin and overly fragile. I immediately complied with their request of emailing them within 48 hours twice, and I received nothing back. They have taken my money for a sub par product that we cannot use, and now refuse to respond back to me. They also have no phone number to contact them. This is fraudulent business practices, and I will be informing everyone and commenting.
