    We bought three line mobile services and **** employee open six line and charges ** for the six lines. ****** he told us file a complaint in customer care and they will refund he extra money whatever they charged. He also advised ** that we need to wait for the bill as he was trying to fix the problem, he if we still get overcharged than we can call customer care and file a complaint they will refund our money. Once we get the bill with overcharge we contact the customer care and we talked on 23rd January 2023 to ******************** and he confirmed everything and told ** that we will get our refund $400 with in month once we did not received the refund we called again on 20th February 2023 o Mr. ****** and he told ** they already refunded enough and they wont give ** anything more but we did not reviewed any money. They charged us $504.16 first month instead of $155.18. Second month they charged the right amount and in third bill thy charged $55 extra. So altogether they charged $504.16-155.18=348.82+55=403.82 that is the extra amount they owed us but they are refusing to refund it.
