I totaled my car I got from them due to my brakes failing in October of 2023 and was out of work for a little over a month. I made them aware of this and they still continued to call and ask me when I was going to be able to make a payment which was impossible due to being out of work. Which they didnt seem to get. My insurance only paid $6000 of my balance and I was under the impression when I got my car I had opted in to gap insuranceI guess not. They were always rude to speak with after the accident. And then they started to garnish my wages without any notice?

A bunch of rude disrespectful sharks. I feel like I was scammed. They tell you one thing to get you to buy a month after purchase its a different story in a bad way. Horrible communication skills. Greedy cold blooded sharks.

Place is terrible. Got a car 2 years ago engine blew in the first few months I had to fight with them to fix it it was in the shop for 3-4 months, check engine light has been on ever since, heat and ac never worked. They threw on the mechanics bill on top of my car payment. Barely make it to work with this car. I need out from under them!! ASAP

I purchased a ********************************** February 2019 as a last resort. As for the car I have had no issues. I realize I am a lucky one. As for the dealership itself, I am disgusted. I had to call almost every six months to show them that I had insurance because they kept saying my insurance company was sending them letters saying I no longer had insurance. At one time I had to three way call them and my insurance because they typed in the insurance policy wrong and refused to try and fix it. This was every six months when my insurance renewed. They would never send me the letter. I have paid of my vehicle many months ago and have yet to receive my title because even after multiple times making sure that my title was sent to the right address they sent it to the wrong address. After it was sent, about 11 days, I called again to verify where it was sent to and was lied to saying it was sent to the right address. It was then lost in the mail and a new one was ordered 1/27/23, three days after I asked them to order it. The title department has taken no responsibility for their mistakes and fully tried to blame the post office and myself, I could of picked it up at the dealership, however I have moved out of state and didn't see how sending the title would be difficult. I called today and the new title has not been received by them. This place also would not send me my contract. I was charged more than what the told me and when I asked for them to send me my contract via email, since it was electronically made, I saw no reason they couldn't they refused. This place is awful. Their loan department and title department are just terrible. I just want to be finished with this and they keep s******* things up and forcing me to deal with them.

I would not recommend auto credit to my worst enemy. I went to the Marion location with a trade in and they trade pressuring me into taking a van when I said more then once I didn’t want a van then they showed me a 07 Lincoln mkx and there was a few dash lights on which thru up a red flag for me the guy on the floor took out a code reader came back n said that the lights were off and told me to take it home for the weekend see how we liked it I asked several times about the 72 hr window and he told me not to worry about it needless to say the lights kicked back on before I got home and it’s been a fighting battle for a yr they won’t take the car back they won’t fix anything there absolutely unprofessional and I’m still waiting on *** to return my call from 6 month’s ago if not longer. They don’t even deserve 1 star honestly

I wish I could give negative stars. My daughter bought a terrible car that they pressured her into and had problems on the drive home. Now the transmission blew. They just knew they had a young one they could sink their teeth into. She fell behind on payments, I made a few. I have not made one in about 2 months. Over the weekend, they processed 2 payments from my account without authorization. I did get a hold of someone Saturday morning and she assured me that they would not do that without authorization. However, it did and another one Sunday morning again without obtaining authorization. As I was writing this review, I was contacted by an employee who has since apologized and stated he started the refund. I am grateful for that but if this has happened to me then I'm sure it has happened to others. Luckily my account did not go negative but there was no excuse for this.

They ripped me off. I am a disabled veteran with a young child and they sold me a 2007 dodge ram **** for ********* and it needed ******* in repairs. They refused to fix the truck after promising me over and over for 7 months they would. I gave them the truck back I am out 8 000 plus it shows I owe 15,0000 still dont make sense. I worked in finance and when I looked it up they are committing fraud at a large scale sad they still are in business to rip other people off.

They over charge you for vehicles, they sell cars that are junk and fall apart within a few months, they don't help you in situations when vehicle is broke down and they still expect you to pay for a broke down vehicle because if not they will garnish your wages. They even forged our signatures on paperwork
