My vehicle was towed by this company and the driver did not properly secure my vehicle so by him not doing this he knocked my bumper off on both sides and my head lights are not working properly either I contacted the company several times and sent pictures and a estimate of what happened and all I was told was that they were investigating the situation and would get back to me that was over a month ago I tried to contact them last week to resolve this issue and they are are now not responding to any emails or messages thats being left with their dispatchersBusiness Response

I am rejecting this response because:I have several witnesses including one of there own night time lead drivers the person that set the tow up that can testify that my car was not like this before it was towed
The drivers are suppose to take a before tow and after tow picture of the cars they tow the driver that tow my car only took a after picture

2017 International Box Truck was illegally towed on 5/25/24 @7:45 PM. Was delivering to an event venue at ********************************************************** had my truck backed up to door and was waiting for party to be over so I can pickup the equipment that I delivered there. Vehicle was broken into and taken by E&R towing. Had people outside that witness this happened and they said it looked suspicious how they did it. **************** Police was called and agreed that Legally there has to be a tow sign up posted or private property sign as well as no parking sign neither was posted. Officer told me there wasn't nothing they can do since this is a civil case. I have a picture of the whole building with no signs posted at all. Towing company said tow was due to property managers request (a lie)Reach out to property manager and the property manager denied that he had the vehicle towed away. Company can't provide proof of calls, name of person who called, nor pictures of vehicle before they towed it. Picked up vehicle and noticed significant damaged to my tires(like they were dragged down the street), truck was towed from the rear, truck look like somebody ran thru it looking thru it, missing my electric cooler, as well as lift gate was damaged and bent up. Explained and showed the damage to the person I paid cash to for the release of my vehicle and he said that I had to call back on Tuesday to file a claim as well as receive the pictures of the vehicle before it was towed which is required. Told him I was calling police to report damage. Called ************** they said that I have to take them to civil court for the damage. Called and asked for pictures and lady by the name of ********************************* told me that she was unable to provide me pictures or videos of my vehicle. I argued with them all day proving that my vehicle was towed on an accident and they still insisted that I had to pay 700$ to get it back. E&R towed my vehicle with the wrong equipment that is why pics can't be provided.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
There were no posted signs in our around building. Legally signs have to be posted on each side of the building. Attached are pics of building with no signs attached on neither side. Like I explained to you all I was delivering to a party venue. Went up front to talk to the owner and came back and you all took my truck like it was up for repo. Not only took my truck illegally, you towed my truck with the wrong equipment and caused damage to it. Towed with a tow truck you move cars with. These trucks require a wrecker to tow the vehicle. Spoke to property manager and he said he never requested a tow. Property manager said he will talk to E&R about the illegal tow since I was delivering to a local business and contracted to deliver and pick up supplies for a party for them.

January 19th my vehicle was illegally towed from my residence because they were too lazy to check the sticker. They damaged my vehicle in the process and has since been giving me the run around as far as repairing or compensating for damages.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:Theyre lying. They towed my truck with a ****** truck. Where it was parked there was no way to get a flatbed in front of it. It also was the heaviest snow day of the season. My car didnt mysteriously get damaged. Of course theyll deny it. They didnt even know it was an all wheel drive car until I requested them to bring it back on a flatbed. As soon as he dropped the vehicle I noticed the damage. They never patrol in flat **************** ****** trucks. Since *** lived here Ive never seen a flatbed patrol this area. I inspect cars for a living. Repossesed vehicles come in with this type of damage all the time because of careless grabbing.

Hello my Name is ******************************* and i am here to send a complaint about my car impound claim , back in June-July I got my car out the pound and it was scrap with all my wheels and tires and etc things that was taken from my car that was on there before my car got impounded so I made a claim and ever since then I been working with and talking to ******************************* the claim manager that runs over my claim . when I first sent my email in and my claim in for it to go through was in early August , when I made my first phone call to check in on in he told me that he didnt even see it at first and that he just started to work on it that day , and told me the process would take 2-3 months just like the papers told me , its December and the only thing he have told me that he trying to get a meeting for my claim . For the last a couple of months nothing have changed but he trying to get a meeting for it and I have emails to prove. Im making this complaint because if I didnt have outside help to get me new tires it would have been 4 months without my car and I work my car is my daily driver and its still stuff thats wrong with my car that I need fix because of the my car being in the pound and I just need answers and figure out how can I get my money from these people.Business Response

My car was towed from my residence on November the 19th when I realized my car was gone on November the 21st I got the towing information and asked them why did they tow my car they said I didnt have a sticker I told them that I do have a permanent sticker and that my office gave it to me they said when we came we took a picture and you didnt have a sticker and I told them I have a picture of the day I got the sticker and it on the vehicle they said well it wasnt there we towed it I said ok can I pay for the day of my car being towed they told me I had to pay for 2 days I said ok they told me I would have to speak to the manager regarding my **** hummer I said ok can you transfer me they said we cant hes not in the office but you can leave your name and number I said but wont the price go up and she said not if I left my name and number and I should receive a call before the end of the day so I can get my vehicle they never called I called again on the 24th the 28th and the 4th and 5th of December it was the same thing with leaving my name and number and i was told I couldnt just come up there and pay for my vehicle without their consent on the 5th of December they told me my car had been picked up by the lean holder on the 28th which is the same day I talked to them they didnt inform me that they also said they sent out a letter to an address I didnt reside at and that was the only day I was able to speak to a manager and he told me his employees never said he wasnt in the office and that he cant help me at that point because my car isnt there anymore my car is with ******** finical and they said I have until the 13 of this month to come up with ***** dollars or they are going to auction off my car at the end of the month I dont have a job that pays that much a week i am a pregnant woman and mother of 2 times are already hard I feel like E&R towing is responsible and should be the ones getting my family car back its winter and my family are on the busBusiness Response

On March 19 of 2023 my vehicle was towed by United Road Towing now known as Vehicle Management Solutions. The car was improperly towed and they damages the alignment and the right front inner tire rod assembly was bent. I follow the instructions to make the claim, and as of today my claim was approved but has not been paid. According to ************************** a representative from Vehicle Management Solutions towing they are only willing to pay the repairs but not the other expenses listed below that I incurred as a result of their negligence. I had to pay to get the car inspected by 3 different mechanics, as they required, which are not free. Im seeking to get reimbursed for all of the expense below.The total is $3,917.80. My 2019 *** x7 had a mechanical breakdown on 8/20/2023 requiring a tow. I called my ****************** who is Geico for roadside assistance. They dispatched e&r towing. Upon delivery of the vehicle to the repair destination. The driver proceeded to unload my vehicle and hit a parked car causing damage that the driver admitted to and signed off on. I have provided the company the cost to repair the vehicle, Which at that point has already been repaired due to the fact that the company has been giving me the run around for two months and my vehicle was disabled due to the damage. I have video evidence of the tow truck driver causing the damage and have provided that along with the repair bill. I am seeking full payment of $5,148.35.Business Response

The reason I am rejecting the response from the business is I have been waiting almost four months for the company to resolve the issue. The company has made no attempt to resolve the matter other than stating it is being worked on. It is not reasonable to make a consumer wait this long without action. Had I damaged the equipment of the company surely they would demand resolution. So I am seeking the bill be reimbursed in full immediately for the damage the company has cause to my vehicle.Business Response

This towing company towed my truck out of a parking lot with no signs about illegal parking there. I was working for ************************* apartments and I was parked in their lot. Doing work on their building and was given the ok to park there. Again no signs of any towing company on site to be found. On 10/8/23 my car was towed by e r towing. An hour later I arrived to pay for and pick up the car. When I initially pulled out my car was quiet but less than ******************************************************************************* an instant. I had to leave the car at their facility overnight. When I returned in the morning to now have my car towed to be repaired the employees were hostile and showed no empathy for my situation and threatened to call the authorities on me. This whole experience was criminal and terrible. I deserve accountability for all that I went through.Business Response
