    I have a *** ****** that uses a lot of oil before the next oil change. I brought my car to *** for service they suggested to start an oil consumption test. I started the test on 10/24 I brought my car back after the **** miles on 11/08 and it used 2.5 quarts of oil. ****** was my service advisor a she spoke with the manager and technician. She stated the manager recommended that we stopped the oil consumption test because the next step would be the overnight sit and it wouldnt diagnose the problem but cost a lot of money. She spoke with a technician and my warranty company and they would cover a tear down that would diagnose the problem and the warranty would cover it and the technician stated h*** be able to diagnose it then. When I brought my car back to start the process I was informed that ****** was no longer with the company. ****** was helping me and did a half job the entire time and seemed like he didnt want to assist me. He originally stated the last record of me getting an oil change was in September and I would have to start a new oil consumption test. They had no record of the last two conversations I had with ******. Then after I told him I was in on 10/24 for an oil change he returned and said that the only option would be to let the car sit overnight. I sat in there for 5hrs just for him to tell me to move forward with something I was told a week before not to do.

    I would never Never NEVER deal with this dealership ever, I would rather walk from ******** to **************** than purchase from here or use any service that they offer. My first issue with this dealership is within HOURS after driving the car off the lot it stopped on the expressway back home towards the city. Turns out it needed a full body tune up, when I brought the car back, not even 24 hours after spending the whole day at the dealership the day before, no one showed ANY empathy! They simply told me it wasnt there problem and sent me across the expressway to the Jeep dealership, where I had to get a tune up which cost me an additional $1000 plus what I just spent as a down payment the day before. But okay, not their problem right? Now when purchasing the vehicle I was given 5 vouchers for free oil changes, no one explained that they were to expire. So I left the dealership with a car that would soon leave me high and dry on the expressway with 5 free oil changes that I didnt even know could expire. A few days ago, I scheduled an appointment to receive a oil change, where I was not the oil car obviously it was other waiting on their car to be serviced as well, once getting to the dealership they then let me know, my oil changes expired so the oil change will be close to $100, okay, fine no problem-I need the oil change. Then they proceed to tell me, itll be 2.5 hours added to my wait because they JUST ordered air filters and they are waiting on the shipment. Every time I step in this dealership Im dealing with the same terrible service with terrible customer service representatives. Please save the headache and do no go here.
