**** fell on phone wire either June 22 or 23 contacted Consolidated Comunications and could not get through so my son called and they said they would fix it July 2nd. They came on July 1st and fixed it around Midnight. I never got a discount for a week with no phone. February 7th I called and talked with ******* a representative about Fidium. I wanted to stay with what I had. He signed me up for 2 years. He said the bill would be $114.71. It kept going up and decided to wait for the September bill which went up to $118.59.. August 13th my phone had really bad static on it so cannot understand or hear people when they call. I called the phone company and was put on hold and when went through was put through to somebodyelse and on hold again. Then I was disconected. Tried several times and still no help. Called again next day August 14th and was sent to another person and then they said repair would call or text me and of this date August 16th no text or call. Elderly person in house so phone is needed because I have impaired hearing and the loud speaker along with a government caption phone helps me. They need to fix this phone right away and give compensation for time of no phone use
