      I had ordered some advertised weight loss pills from Alpilean on 10/28/23. I received them and have been using them. Then on 11/27/23 I received an email from ClickBank/Alpilean thanking me for my order of a Wellness Box and notifying me that they had charged my Discover $212.63. I DID NOT order this product and DID NOT give approval to charge my credit card. They said it was a monthly subscription but I did not sign up for any monthly subscription or order any more product after the 10/28/23 order. As soon as I received the email, I immediately emailed back that I did not order the product and to refund my money. I also filed a dispute with Discover and they put a hold on the charge but sided with Alpilean and reversed the hold and closed the case. ClickBank customer support told me to refuse the shipment and return it to Alpilean unopened via ***** I received the product on 12/8/23 and refused the shipment and sent it back via **** on 12/8/23 and the tracking number (**********************************) will verify that Alpilean received the product back on 12/11/23 and still have not refunded my money. I have contacted Alpilean and ClickBank via emails and phone and have not received any help in getting my money back. I would like this complaint to be against ClickBank also as they are an agent of Alpilean and the ones who sent me the product and billed me.

      On 11/2/2023, I purchased 6 bottles of Alpilean Diet Supplement. Used for a month. Nowhere to find how to get my unconditional 100% refund. SCAM. I want my refund but have no idea how to get it. No phone number or instructions on their website. Order # ZZXXACZ4.

      in august of 2023 i responded to an ad on ******** (first mistake) regarding a weight loss all natural capsule. I ordered 3 months worth and proceeded to place another 6 month supply deeply discounted .after 2.5 months i emailed the company to report my dissatisfaction with the product they asked to keep giving product a chance and offered a 25% refund on some of the product and report further results i accepted with reluctance than emailed back after the first 3 bottles were finished requesting a full refund and stating i had all 9 bottles to return ( 3 empty and 6 unopened) alpilean refused saying i was out of refund time and am now stuck with this product. i urge anyone else ordering to not it is a scam product once ordered their ad never appeared on ******** again.

      I paid $253.60 for this so called weight loss product on 7-14-23. **** said product as directed , according to whom ever makes this product , you should see results in the first week of taking it .NOT . This is a scam and was told to send it back in order to receive a refund , in which was returned on 9-4-23 certified mail with tracking and was received by some individual on 9-8-23.

      Product was ordered. Product was not wanted and vendor was notified in timely manner. Product was returned within 90 days as it states on website. Document of website. Document of receipt of product receipt all within 90 days. Vendor refuses to refund money.

      I ordered it 3 1`/2 weeks ago. Paid $127 w/a credit card. After taking it for a month, I have not lost any weight, nor has may energy increased. They advertise 100% refund on their FB and their website. They advertise that it is recommended by specialists and doctors. But no info on how to get the refund. It's been terrible to reach them. I was given a run around. Thru live chat they sent me to a page to pay $10 to get answers. When I used my credit card, I received a fraud alert, but I let the charge go through. I would like a refund.

      Ordered diet pills may 24 of this year. Received first week in June. Took for thirty days. I as not happy. Received additional product end of June. Everything returned July seventh. Within sixty day time limit. Product returned with letter saying why returning and to stop sending any more products. Just received more two days ago. Have tried to **ntact ** multiple times but have been unable to do so. Cant even stop future shipments. So far total charged to credit card is 970 dollars. Still have last shipment. Dont know whether to ship back as they are ignoring me. Have tried several numbers without success
