2 transactions (on the same purchase) on 9/20/2023, for an initial purchase of weight loss supplements + an optional additional discounted purchase of the same supplements. Product, Exipure does NOT work, no weight loss by 2 adults was achieved, as promised. I contacted the company, per instructions for Easy Return, received several offers for discounted refund and no need to return / keep the product, but I wanted a full refund - AS PROMISED when purchased. I did finally get the address and requirements to return the product, sent the product and now cannot reach the company - at all website ********************************* is no longer a valid domain, nor is there an apparent way to email them any longer, as I just got a Non-Delivery Report (NDR) from the address that Id previously received the return information from. Now, product has been returned (at my ******** ***** got no way to inquire about the status of a Refund!Initial Complaint

We received a big package of pills from Exipure last week. We have never heard of them and didnt order. They also didnt include an invoice. Calling them only shuffles you to a page where they want all of your info.Initial Complaint

In March 2023 I ordered 3 bottles of Expire pills, which were supposed to help me lose weight in a short amount of time. When I received the package of pills, there were 12 BOTTLES!! I tried these pills but didn't loose a pound! I tried to return the bottles of pills but couldn't find a phone number for them anywhere! I finally called my bank to find out if there was a phone number there but what I DID find out was that this company called Buy Goods charged my bank acct. $227.00 & $156.00 on March 20, 2023. Then May 23, 2023 another company called Super Slim charged me $119.49. The only thing I remember feeling from these pills is a little nauseous, so I stopped taking them.Iam about to drive to my bank now to see if they have taken any more money from me by a different name.Initial Complaint

On October 19, 2022 I ordered a six-month supply (6 bottles) of Exipure on the strength pf their !00% Satisfaction Guarantee, which in the sales video said to take the product for 6 months and if you had not lost any weight, you would be refunded in full within the six months, "No questions asked."I took the product daily as directed, and experienced no weight loss, On May 6, 2023, I emailed a request for a full refund of $245.03.The company refused to refund me, even though my request was filed well within the six-month guarantee. They also said that refunds were only provided upon the return of all bottles purchased, full or empty, even though nowhere on the sales video from which I made the purchase or on the website is there instruction to save empty bottles in order to receive a refund. On the contrary, the refund guarantee says "No questions asked."Initial Complaint
