      I have been emailing back-and-forth with the Exipure company asking for a refund and they tell me they will give me a full refund. I just have to send the empty bottles back to the fulfillment center. But I cannot get an address for the fulfillment center out of them just we are working on the problem and were very busy but we will get back to you If I could get an address to the fulfillment center where I could return the bottles and get my credit, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

      The same as the many other complaints about the product. It does NOT work. Who knows what it is?? I ordered 6 months worth. I continued using it until the return/refund time was expiring. I cannot contact anyone. They aren't *** to customers, unless you wish to purchase more. I'm don't have the exact price I paid..it was somewhere around $300. My credit card, debit card and checking account have been compromised 4 times since January 2023. There is no order # on the only paperwork that was enclosed. I don't know what to do. I am SO tired of being taken by scam artists. This company makes all kinds of promises, takes the $ then leaves me in the cold. Please notify me regarding this matter.

      I placed two orders for Exipure from their website on 7/27/22 , which is full of false "facts." I was assured that I would get a refund if the product was not effective. It has not been effective at all. I not only tried myself, but had my husband try, neither of us lost a single pound. I have tried numerous ways to see if I can get this product to deliver on ANY of it's claims and it has not.Since I have done more than my due diligence in trying to get this product to work on either of us, I am needing a refund. They have denied a refund stating it is too late. The problem is, they up sold ME the additional months of supply, which I have tried my best to use in good faith. At this point I believe they know their product is ineffective due to the ongoing complaints. If I do not receive a refund, I will be forced to take further action.

      I am looking for a refund for the purchase of 6 bottles of exipure. The pills didnt work and I was given a 180 day return policy. I cant find a phone number to call. I purchased the product in November 2022. I am within the 180 days.

      I ordered 6 bottles of exipure from their website. They guarantee a full refund right there on their page if the product doesn't work. It did not work! I gained instead of losing weight. I sent an email to their site and I got an email back telling me I should eat less! I can't find a customer service link or phone number to make a complaint or ask for a refund. This website and the claims they make on weight loss is a fake and needs to be shut down. Please help me and others get our money back and if possible shut this business down before other innocent people lose this significant amount of money. Money is tight these days and false advertising is illegal. Please help me get my money back.

      I ordered 6 bottles of a weight loss suppliment from company called Exipure. I discussed it with my family Doctor as I needed to lose the weight before up coming surgery. He approved the decision to try it. May13th I had my surgery but still did not have any results with the product. In June I responded to a email from them offering to sell me more products. I explained how unsatisfied I was besides not receiving promised bonuses. and to send me instructions on how process my refund. I did not hear back. Twice I emailed exipure in June. In July I called ClickBank who created a ticket to start return process. they stated they would send me return instructions. I was told I would receive a partial refund since I only had 3 full bottles left. Unless I returned the empty bottles too .I explained the empty bottles were in storage with my recycles. Because of post-op complications I was unable to retrieve them right away. The representative said as long as I notified them before the 6 month deadline I was good. So the Empty bottles were located and shipped out with the full bottles. At first Exipure denied receiving them. But tracking proved they did. Then they said not all 6 were received. But I took cellphone picture of all bottles in the package before mailing. Now they are saying package was received after deadline. When ClickBank explained it was because delayed due to me recovering from surgery. their response was had we told them that earlier. they would have worked it out. But since this was the first they heard of it they are not refunding anything!       I purchased 9 bottles of your Expire on Aug 17, 2022. It was my understanding that the 180 guarantee was from the date received. I was told the cut off date was Feb 14, 2023 by a tech at clickbank when I called on Feb 13. BUT that person told me that if I shipped it off before Feb 14 I would receive my refund. I told them I only had 8 of the nine bottles. I was told that no worries just ship off what I have for a refund. I received an email with instructions on sending back and called Clkbank again. I called back, got the same information from a different tech at Clkbank. Just mail it off before Feb 14. I included all information that CLk bank required as per their email. The second tech told me my refund would be $325.28 ******** and to mail it off today, that was Feb 13.My total order was $365.94 ********. I had to reduce it by the price of one bottle since I ordered 9 and only had 8 to return. No where when you buy it does it say that you need to keep the original bottles and the original packing slip for a refund. It does not state that the 180 days is from the day you ordered the product. I received it . I received the product Aug 30. They state it takes ***** days for international shipping in their emails. I received an email later on Feb 13 from Exipure and click bank saying my case was closed because the product was not received before Feb 14. It also stated that I was to include the original packings slip and not all bottles were returned! This is after I sent off the Epicure bottles by Purotator for$53 ******** . The product was received Feb 17 at Expire. I sent off an email to Expure but have not heard back. I spoke to a manager at CLKbank and they said the file was closed. I did not meet the required steps to receive a refund. For one thing nobody saves the original packing slip when then have email confirming what you received. Emails from CLKbank did not say that the original packing slip must be included.I sent back 8 bottles- empty and full ones.My order number is: QW812VK5 My name: is *************************** My address is: **********************************************************************

      July 13, 2022 $372.93 Product was guaranteed for 180 days I returned the product and they received it on the 177th day.I have disputed it with my charge card company with no refund from Exipure.It baffles me that there is 180 guarantee But it is to be sent back before that 180 days which makes the guarantee not correct. FALSE ADVERTISING. The product did not work for me. I kept using it hoping it would do what they said.They received the product January 6, 2023 . They need to stand behind there guarantee and refund my money.

      I bought a 6 month supply of the Exipure on November 1st 2022 because I had a hope it would work as advertised. And since it said in the advertisment that there was a 180 day money back guarantee, no questions asked, I ordered this product. After taking this for 3 months I see absolutly no results and I contacted Exipure to request the 180 day Money back. No I get all these requirements that was never mentioned in the advertisments like, it has to be returned all bottles, emty or not, original packing slip and within 60 days of ordering. This is absolutley ***** advertising and not acceptable. I paid ****** $ and want this funds returned now. I can return the 3 full bottles but the advertisment never said I should save the empty bottles and packing slip.Beleive this is a scam and someone need to do something about this.
