On January 21, 2022 we had our fireplaces inspected by the company in order to see if we could convert our current propane fireplaces to wood burning with the understanding that if we went with this company to make that change, the cost of the inspection would be put towards the price of converting the fireplaces. After several texts and calls, the last of which we were told that he was going to come out within 2 weeks, he has never showed, texted, or called letting us know anything and he still has our money that we paid for the inspection that should have gone towards them doing the work. There would be no complaint if we didn't want to go with them for converting the fireplace because we knew that we had to pay for the inspection, but since we did want them to do the work, they agreed to come back out, and the cost would have been deducted from the final price of the work to be done, we would like a refund for the price of the inspection since they are obviously not interested in doing the work since there has been no communication with a returned call or text.
