      They deserve no stars, trying to speak with somebody was almost impossible. Everything was done via email, and then they made me believe that they were covering my vehicle all the way up until the last minute and they denied my claim. When I have full coverage and vehicle was totaled!

      Their insured hit my car over 3 months ago. Its stated on the police report it was their fault. They pulled into oncoming traffic and hit me. I went to their body shop a week after. I have been getting the run around. They claim they have 3 months before they need to do anything. Their insured isn't responding so they "can't do anything " I have so many back and forth emails with countless excuses. This is ridiculous.

      My vehicle was damaged by one of American Heartland Insurance Company's insured drivers. I have been lied to multiple times by multiple members of their customer service team when I call regarding my claim. I've been told they haven't received paperwork from their insured, from me, and from the Body Shop they sent me to, when in fact, all of that paperwork has been sent to them multiple times. I've called the Adjustor (******) who is assigned to my claim 4 times in the last month and have never received a call back. It's hard for the customer service members to keep track of their lies and when challenged by me that I was told the exact opposite by a different member of their staff, they will reluctantly agree with me and send me back to ****** who doesn't respond. The Body Shop they sent me to told me my car should be totaled, and I'm still waiting for American Heartland Insurance Company's ************************** to value my vehicle. ******** customer service!!

      They people are scammers the CEO and everyone else working for him needs to be investigated by the *** and by the state they are taking peoples money left and right and they don't want to help out people when it comes to claims they want the easy way out. They like to charge a lot but when it comes to pay, they don't want they will hang up on you. They will call you names over the phone. They will lie and they will steal from you. They will send a false person and they will say that somethings wrong with the car. They have a contract with certain mechanics. They will tell the mechanics that they will pay him a certain amount of money and they do what they say to not investigate more and just to fix what they are told and to tell the customers that the car never had issues when it did have issues, and they are covering a lot of this up and they have done it too many other customers by causing these frauds. They are getting away with these things. I hope they get investigated soon because something really needs to be done.

      ZERO "0" STARS THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS ROBBING PEOPLE BLIND. ALMOST FIVE MONTHS AGO (7/14/24). THEIR INSURED SIDE SWIPED MY VEHICLE ON THE EXPRESSWAY IN THE PRESENCE OF IL. STATE POLICE (THE OFFICER WITNESSED EVERYTHING). I FILED A CLAIM AGAINST THEIR INSURED AND AS OF 11/22/24, THEY CAN'T MOVE FORWARD WITH IT BECAUSE THEIR INSURED HAS NOT RESPONDED TO THEM REGARDING THE AT FAULT ACCIDENT (SO THEY SAY). SO, YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THAT THE POLICE REPORT MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE AND THEIR INSURED GETS AWAY ****-FREE? THIS IS INSANE, AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SET IN STONE ABOUT THEM REFUSING TO ACCEPT ACCOUNTABILITY, ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE'S A POLICE REPORT ENVOLVED STATING THAT THEIR DRIVER WAS AT FAULT. FROM THE LOOKS OF THEIR REVIEWS, THIS INSURANCE COMPANY IS SCAM AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT IT BBB.

      If possible to give zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst company and people you can encounter. They did nothing but send me on wild goose chases for information and things they could have told me or could have handled. But when I was finally done and fed up, my attitude changed and suddenly my demeanor on the phone and via email were suddenly the problem.

      THEY WILL NOT SETTLE MY INSURANCE CLAIM BEEN WITH OUT Vehicle SINCE JANUARY 27 2024 THE DATE OF ACCIDENT. THEY PICKED UP MY CAR FEBRUARY 6 *********************************** *************** ** BEEN SITTING THERE EVER SINCE. BEEN GETTING NOTHING BUT THE RUNAROUND TELL ME CALL BACK EVERY WEEK. THEY SAY THERE GOING TO CONTACT ME BUT NEVER DO. HAVEN'T CALLED ME SINCE I PUT CLAIM PLEASE HELP HAVEN'T SEEN A LAWYER YET BUT IT'S COMING.

      BBB accredited means absolutely nothing if you "Accredit" this company. They are thieves. They have over 300 ****** reviews with every-single review being one star. Come on BBB, do you job.

      No stars. They only have 1 because its required. The absolute worst insurance company in ********. My car was vandalized while on my honeymoon and I filed a claim and police report 9/6-7/23 and today 10/23 still have yet to hear anything. I sent all paperwork that was needed. When I asked to be explained what a letter of experience was I was informed that it was proof of policy dates nothing more nothing less. It took my adjuster 3 weeks to give me a call to say that I was sending the the wrong information. Which doesn't explain why my previous insurance company matters when they have pictures of my car with no damage from May of 2023. The representatives are so rude no customer service skills at all. From reading all of the other reviews this company needs to be shut down and everyone there needs to take customer services courses. I called in today and ******* told me if your insurance company couldn't explain what a letter of experience is I'm sorry. AS IF THEY ARE NOT MY Insurance COMPANY.
