      I filed a claim with my insurance. My vehicle was stolen and involved in a hit and run. The vehicle was deemed a total loss. My claim got denied and they have procession of my vehicle and it is my responsibility to remove the vehicle from the salvage yard and if I dont do so I am responsible for the fees. Im stuck paying a car note every month for a car that is not drive able. The employees are very rude.

      ******** Good afternoon, I was struck last night by a motorist insured with American Heartland Insurance Company. I made over eight attempts to contact a Representative and or an Agent to initiate a claim and received nothing in return. My calls end up disconnecting after being transferred as if, no one is to exists. Please look into this business urgently. I cannot get through to the insurance! Feel free to contact me at any time.       On Friday August 2, 2024 I was involved in an accident. After the accident the first step after calling the Police was to call my insurance American Heartland. I gave a call to the number on my insurance card more than 6 times before someone finally answered. Everytime I called it would ring 4-5 times and just hang up. So when I finally got an agent on the line I explained what happened and because of the damage to my car it needed to be towed. She told me they didnt have the man power at the moment so they couldnt come tow my car for ************************************************* my time of having vehicles Ive had an accident before and my insurance always sent a tow truck right away but with this insurance it was different. They didnt explain to me the claim process or anything the lady seemed as if she had an attitude and was giving me a hard time although Im a paying customer. I was so frustrated because now I had to figure out how I was going to get my car towed home because my insurance was not going to do it. The Police officer on the scene was so nice and stayed with me for over 2 hours waiting until my family showed up but he had to leave to go to another call. My family had to end up getting my car towed to another location where my car would be safe. Here it is Monday August 5, 2024 and I still havent heard anything from my insurance at all. This is so unacceptable and I wish I did research before getting this insurance and now I understand why they have F rating on BBB this place needs to be out of business because theyre first priority is not their customers at all. Anytime you call the claims number nobody answers the phone and there is no voicemail to leave a message. I havent received any info at all regarding my claim not even a email.

      Im submitting a complaint against American Heartland insurance. I had a car accident on June 23rd, 2024 and made a claim with them on June 24th,2024. Its been 3 weeks since my accident and I still dont have any updates from my insurance. I am told by the insurance to call every other day for an update and I still dont get any answers on what is going on with my car. This is very frustrating because I need to figure out my car situation. I am paying out of pocket for rental cars and I cannot afford that. This insurance is horrible and I will not be using them in the future.

      My car 2019 Equinox was vandalized the evening of 5/19 or early morning 5/20. Passenger side front door was forced open looks lit was pryed. I pay full coverage and this company is only willing to do minimal repairs which does not fix the door. The door does not close properly since the vandalism and it leaks when in a car wash and the door does not align with the redt of the car when closed. They are only will for fix the upper door dents. This is so not right!!

      American Heartland Insurance denied Claim because their insured ( at fault driver Unit #1) would not assist or provide any information. Police report made at the scene provided and all other information requested by the company was also provided. My vehicle was not at fault in the accident Unit#2)

      i purchased vehicle 2010 Buick enclave 02.23.2024 it was fine . i got insurance with my present alamo and they put me with american heartland. my car was vandalized 04/12/2024 and they say they cant pay claim because of a previous no fault accident in my other 2020 GMC i still have becsuse i didnt tell them about it on application. i honestly forgot about it, its not on mvr because when police looked at my dash cam they saw other person not honest and let me go. nothing ever came of claim . Feel like this insurance company first tried to say ride share issue. ***** never on any gig app ever it was purchased for personal use only. then they have husband motor vehicle report but said oh we need full license number. we gave it. then oh we need letter of experience from previous insurance which i contacted the company and forwarded. then they said oh we dont have pictures from body shop they told me to go to. i waited a week and called back. they never reach out to you by the way in a 30 day period. then i called back again 7 days later to learn a manager is reviewing my claim for previous loss on another car w previous company and adjuster Yasman at extension 5802 said i didnt disclose 2023 frivolous claim so they not fixing my car ***************************************************** excellent condition when i purchased it. then ruined April 2024. this company needs to be ran out of business and made to pay valid claim

      I filed a claim with them on Friday April 19, 2024 I submitted all my paperwork on my end and did everything that I was supposed to do. I call them to find out the progress on Wednesday April 24,2024 they sent me another form to sign and email back. I received the document printed it out and email right back out. I spoke with a representative and they said they was calling the car shop to give them the ok. Once I get to the shop to get my car they explained to me that they never heard from the insurance company. So I tried calling them yesterday day but they were closed. I called this morning and got through and they said oh you got to put the claim number in the email which I was not aware of. Now they say they cant do nothing until Tuesday next week May 31, 2024. I need my car I cant keep affording getting an Uber everyday for me and my family needs Im out of almost $1000 this week alone paying Ubers. If I miss my policy payment my insurance would be cancel, I pay my insurance faithfully and need them to be more attentive and sensitive to the customers need. Customers should be the priority

      I was in a car accident On Feb 18, 2024, I've submitted all of my paper work on 03/02/24. Every time I called in to get an update on my car, I'm told its under review and nothing more, *** asked for detailed about my claim to only be rushed off the phone or sent to a voicemail, It's going on 4 month with no answers about my car. I've paid my note and insurance on time every moth. This is financially straining me and they won't answer me but yet keep taking my money, I have full coverage and GAP insurance as well. It doesn't take 4 months to process paper work.
