1 starWe had an unsatisfactory experience with Terraboost, and it did not provide a sufficient return on our investment. Following the expiration of my contract with Terraboost, I was unexpectedly billed for another month, despite having no intention of renewing. I politely requested a refund for this month due to the inadequate service, but my request was unfortunately declined. Their response to my concerns was disappointing, and they did not demonstrate a willingness to resolve the matter. 1 starThis company is the biggest joke! The absolute worst company I've ever done business with! They are amazing all the way up until you make your first payment. 1 starThis company has taken advantage of myself and my small business. I've been getting charged for a kiosk that was no longer up. They told me there's nothing they can do but give me 10% off my next bill. I was charged at full price. They are HORRIBLE. Do NOT USE THEM.Review fromMadison S

1 starDO NOT USE TERRABOOST. We have not seen a single customer or gained any profit from this campaign. The ads we were promised versus what was delivered is inaccurate and fraudulent. We were promised to see a return on our investment (3x) within our first 6 months. Additionally, they hired an employee for a sales position who was being criminally charged for fraud and theft. We requested a refund for the campaigns that we were promised and didnt receive. While working for and representing Terraboost, she pitched herself as a marketing agent and formulated fraudulent documents supporting a marketing approach that included the use of terraboost kiosks. Due to incredibly poor customer service when reaching out to anyone else in the company, we became reliant on her for updates regarding our campaign. By hiring her for this position, we were left as victims to her fraudulent schemes. 1 starMy experience with Terraboost was a poor one and not worth the investment. At the end of my contract with Terraboost, I was charged again when I did not want to renew. I wanted a refund for this month because it was a poor investment on my part, but I was not given a refund. They had no interest in correcting the issue. Do not use Terraboost Media for your marketing. My ad was repeatedly removed during my contract and it took weeks to get put back in place, I was not refunded for that lost marketing time on the kiosk. After the third time the ad was removed and the contract breached, I told them to cancel my remaining months and stop the charges since they didn't have my ad up anyway. Not only did they keep charging me. They have continued to charge me past my original contract billing cycle even though the contract was not renewed. You can not get responses from this company and they make no attempts to correct their errors or make things right to your business. Save yourself a year of lost revenue and money and stay far away from Terraboost Media.

1 starIn spite of not renewing my contract, they continued to charge my card. I ended up having to cancel the card to stop the charges. They promised over and over to fix it and refund me, but it never happened. In the year I was using them, I cannot trace a single lead to their displays. If you decide to use them, DO NOT give them a card number that you can't afford to just cancel if you decide not to renew.Review fromAlan A
