I purchased a home gym from FORCE USA on May 30, 2022. During checkout, I selected the option that was available "in home assembly" and paid for it with my purchase ($299). Force USA outsources assembly to the Assembly Authority. After contacting them several times to set up an appointment for assembly, I finally received an email on June 16, giving me an appointment time of 2-5pm June 20, in which I confirmed. I took off work to be home for the contractor to arrive and even made contact with the contractor ****** the day of to ask for a call ahead, which was confirmed. No one showed up for the appointment and I contacted the rep again. Additionally, I contacted Assembly Authority and was told they "must not have passed the appointment info to the contractor." The contractor then informed me they would be there the following day (June 21) between 1-2pm. I followed up with the tech "******" that morning, who confirmed the time and appointment. Again, no one called and no one showed up. I was finally able to reach ****** who ensured me they would be there the following day (June 22) between *****am. Again, no call, no show. I have taken off THREE days of work to be home (as required) for these appointments. I have lost $1,038.48 for THREE days of work that were taken off to be home for appointments that THE COMAPNY and CONTRACTORS scheduled. I have made my schedule full available to accommodate the times THEY set. During communication with the Assembly Authority on June 22, 2022, they informed me that I owed them money for the assembly of the item I have vs what they have been paid to assemble. They indicate the difference was $200. Despite this being different than the only option I had available during checkout for assembly, I would have absolutely been willing to pay the difference. This was never brought up until I complained that no one had shown up for 3 appointments. Further, the loss of my salary to accommodate the appointment times THEY set is far greater.

Order Number: ************** Order Date: 2/27/2022 12:34:35 PM With the purchase of an exercise machine from Sole Treadmills, I paid ****** for Assembly Authority to assemble the machine. Technician has been missing in action, pulling a no show to our scheduled and confirmed appointment (march 15 2pm) I have called the company 8x to inquire about technicians whereabouts - the various people I spoke to ******* ******* **************************) gave me excuses such as he must be running late. He will call in a while a new technician has been assigned Yet no technician has called me despite the Company promising it. In my last phonecall with ***** from Assembly Authority, he told me if the technician doesnt call me to schedule a time to assemble our machine, theres nothing more he can do. I paid for this service, I need the job done asap, if not, then I need my money back. You can see in the call record, I have called the company a total of 12x to try to schedule and inquire about the technician.

I purchased a treadmill on the manufacturers (Sole) website. Assembly Authority installation services were offered as part of the sale. I was to expect Assembly Authority to install the treadmill within 3-5 days of the treadmill delivery. I received one email from Assembly Authority to which I responded. I never heard anything else from them. I the called the main office in ********** ** and was assured that I would here from the installer soon. After a week passed I called another installer who came the next day and installed the treadmill. All I want is a refund. Assembly Authority does not answer emails or phone calls.
