              My credit card was charged twice by this company: 3/16 and 3/18 $45.00 and $46.18. I have NEVER purchased anything from this company. I had to ****** them when I saw the charges. I am going to contact the *** as well. I want my money back immediately. This is absolute fraud!

              We had a broken part to the chocolate fountain. I asked for a replacement and even said I was happy to pay for it. To which they simply responded in 2 cookie cutter response emails saying its not available thru them anymore. They was not refund or product exchange negotiated. There was no info on were to get the part/product otherwise. So I connected WILTON about a WILTON product and they just shrugged it off. I thought the whole idea of customer support was to help the customer. Instead I was just pushed away with vague responses that were of no help. This level of customer service is unacceptable for such a large wealthy company.
