  I was referred to Matrix Exteriors by a friend, and they came highly recommended. I met with *****, the senior production coordinator, who clearly explained the entire process for the exterior work on my home. He and his crew arrived on schedule, and I was impressed by their commitment to follow through on everything we formalized on our contract. They even took care of some additional repairs that arose during the restoration without hesitation.I am completely satisfied with the results. ***** was honest and straightforward, never telling me what I wanted to hear but instead focusing on getting the job done right. Im grateful to the entire Matrix team for their excellent work!

  I cannot speak highly enough of **** and the entire team at Matrix. They made my claims process incredibly smooth, navigating through challenges that my insurance carrier threw my way. From the beginning, it was clear that they were dedicated to securing the compensation I rightfully deserved. Thanks to their diligence and expertise, I received a payout of $35,000a result I thought would be impossible given the pushback from my insurer. **** and his team worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was handled with care and professionalism. They truly went above and beyond, making what could have been a stressful experience much easier for **** am so grateful for their hard work and determination.   I recently hired Matrix Exteriors, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with my decision. After speaking with several contractors, I chose Matrix due to the exceptional attentiveness to detail shown by David, my senior production coordinator, and Tracy, my public adjuster. They both proved to be invaluable advocates throughout the insurance process. David stood out as an effective communicator who consistently fulfilled his commitments. He assured me he would arrive at my home two days after our initial meeting with a team of 10 to 15 skilled workers—and that’s exactly what he did. They replaced all three of my skylights, installed new flashing kits, and fitted a new roof, along with new gutters and downspouts. The team arrived promptly at 7 AM, just as promised, and completed everything by 12:30 PM. I am truly flabbergasted by the efficiency and professionalism of everyone involved.
