    In October ******************************************************* $15000 for and I bought a 2023 Mahindra 6075 tractor. They offered me a new tractor that was used at tractor pulls and had some scratches and cosmetic issues and they took off $1600 since it had hours on it. Soon after I received it the heater hose blew on it and the hose was on back order. Then I started looking around and noticed the upper back right light was missing and the right step was missing bracket was bent. I reported to dealership right away and they said they would order the parts. Never received a call back I called and they said it was on back order two months later. Now eight months still dont have parts and now the transmission hosing broke and said I hit something and says it not under warranty and will cost over $7500 to fix. This is a lemon and have had issues since day one the sales manager hung up on me and was hateful and disrespectful. I want my tractor I traded in and the money I paid finance company and dont want to do business with a company like this. It should have been a sign when a heater hose breaks on a brand new tractor.

    Made an agreement to purchase a vehicle for $34999. as advertised online and went to pick it up. They were told that we did not want any warrantees or any of their other add ons. The finance guy said no problem. Finance guy then told us that ***** ************ was running a special on financing that included gap insurance and some sort of tire warranty for a lower interest rate. I said that was fine if there was no additional cost to us. When we got home and my wife looked at the paperwork he had shoved in front of me and had me sign there was discrepancies in pricing plus he did not give me a copy of the bill of sale or any sort of pricing breakdown. I called them repeatedly to resolve the issue and they have not returned my calls and when they have, I have gotten a run around with them saying it is correct.I was over charged $1850 for the vehicle itself and charged $999 for insurance I was told was free.They owe me $2850.

    Paid $3000 down payment on 2014 jeep Cherokee trailhawk. Brought it back multiple times. The first time being 2 weeks after I bought. Had multiple recalls which they never addressed . One of the recalls which has no remded to fix the recall. Nothing ever was fixed only cleared my check engine light then sent me on my way. I spent countless times emailing about the problem and trying to contact management . Which they never once got back to me. Then I decided to trade in the vehicle with all the problems I had on it. They decided my vehicle was only worth $10,500 because of the problems which they never fix or addressed to me while I had the car. I was left with nothing else to trade it in or not have a working vehicle . The vehicle I had gotten, had a broken headlight which when I had told the car salesman. He stated in text that he would have a new one ordered and after 2 weeks never gave me an update. Then when I had called today. They said they never ordered it and they werent going to fix it anymore. When I had bought the vehicle the manager had stated everything including the tires was in my warranty. Which was a lie. He basically told me one thing and had me sign another after being in the car dealership for 6 hours. This isnt the only problem *** had with them either. I had purchased a four ******* from them and the second day the radiator fan had blew which was a $400 fix . Im convinced everything there has multiple defects they hide to pass inspections . Which is straight fraud to the 3 items Ive bought from them since May, all of which have had multiple problems and they fail to help those issues . *** spent over $7000 in payments towards everything Including the $6-7k I lost on my trade in they wouldnt add for my jeep cause it had recalls . Im just beyond stressed mentally as this has been my first time financing anything besides a house. And its been a complete nightmare! They wouldnt even ship me my papers for my car for 2-3 weeks after I paid

    I recently purchased a used motorcycle from here. Less than 3 days later the saddlebag fell off on the highway and was heavily damaged. I also lost important paperwork that had personal information. This was not only a mechanical issue but a safety issue considering I was like the bag did not clip my rear tire as it fell. When I contacted Holzhauer they took no responsibility and offered to fix it gor double what a set of aftermarket saddlebags would cost. I'm left wondering what else they missed on their final inspection and how safe the other vehicles they sell are.

    Bought a truck from them in early February of this year 2022 was told over the phone and a little bit more on text messages it was in good shape truck I needed for my business I just started up and my business failed and I lost so much of my money because of this business I trusted to sell me a good vehicle I needed I trusted the sales man that it was in good condition and also listen to me to make sure everything was good clean no engine problems and states otherwise when I got it a month after it broke down the whole transmission gave out after having it for a month and some days I got this truck from out of state best deal Ive gotten but failed me and my family I lost everything was comfortable living and now to dimes and ***** and I had to make sure my kids had food baby formula and toddler and my wife depended on me they all did but I failed them because of this purchase.. my credit went bad because I could not afford to pay my ********************************** nomore my bills stack credit went down my wife had to go get a job and supported us took 6 months for me to get a job while I was self employed but was making no money because after this vehicle broke down on me and even when I got it out the dealership where I live it still didnt work and they wanted me to bring it in n waste more money that I didnt have anymore so I told the bank I was not paying for something that doesnt work and was expensive. So now I have to self volunteer repo it and have it on my credit it drained the life out of me and my family.. never again first time doing this and going through it. I tried emailing my sales mans and nobody answers my calls at the dealership to get to the owner and nobody can do nothing for me or the bank I get the run around ms all I want is to get it off my credit and some of my money back and not to have my credit mess up because of them its a shame that they just wanted money and to sell me a car that was lemon from the get go I have some proof of stuff as well.

    I traded my suv for this truck and it has continuing problems. I have multiple codes that come up at home, involving the transmission. The mechanic has said he could not figure out how to fix this problem that will not go away. They have told me he is the only mechanic they have. Last time I picked my truck up, the guy told me they will try and get me out of the truck since they cannot fix it. I have called multiple times and left many message. I get no replies. It has been about a month since my left voice-mail to this dealership.

    Sept 22 2022 ******* purchased new Chrysler, 20 miles on odometer, VIN #***************** from Holzhauer Automall, *****************************************. Sept 24 vehicle would not start, vehicle towed to ***************** *********** for repair at Holzhauer's direction. ******** advised ****** they were unable to diagnose problem, suspect electrical issue. Sept 26 Finance Mgr suggested vehicle be towed back to Holzhauer, ******* advised dealership we no longer wanted this vehicle but would consider a replacement. Sept 27 Allens stopped payment on check. ****** wrote letter to dealership Oct 3. for documentation. No communication from dealership until Oct 7. ******* advised vehicle is repaired and to come get it. ******* again stated a different vehicle would be considered due to needed repairs and length of time to repair this one. Sales Mgr called, stated he was not aware of severity of the problem, and agreed to replacement vehicle, in inventory or to be ordered, and would call back Oct 11. No call back from Sales Mgr as of Nov 7. Oct 11 ****** contacted the financing company arranged by the dealership and requested loan be voided. Bank stated dealership would have to cancel the loan with the bank. ****** contacted the dealership, left message with Finance Mgr, no return call as of Nov 11. Attorney General complaint filed Oct 13, responded to ****** Oct 31 and advised they would send letter to dealership. As of Nov 7, loan has not been cancelled with bank by the dealership. ****** amenable to a replacement vehicle, as agreed upon with Sales Mgr, but original loan, tied to original vehicle, must be voided. ****** question sincerity of dealership to reach resolution as, as there continues to be no communication, now 47 days since purchase. ****** unable to cancel loan unless dealership initiates. **************** ******************************************************************. ****** will contact ************* next and retain private attorney if necessary.

    I dealt with a salesman over the phone through text and phone picked out a full ****** from his pictures ran my credit got approved went the next day to pick up four ******* which they had in front washed and ready for me and was the original for that I agreed to finance I get there to do the paperwork and they said that that was the wrong four ******* and if I wanted that one I would have to come up another $1400 after already being financed for the amount that the salesman told me from the beginning they said it was ******* means fault but yeah it would not work with me whatsoever the manager was extremely rude to me as soon as he approached me

    I purchased a BRAND new ****** Wolverine from this company in March 2021. The machine broke down July ******************* the shop. Im paying ****** on something I cannot use. Ive contacted them multiple times and they keep giving me the run around telling me theyve tried contacting ****** - yet Ive called them myself and have gotten more help from them then Holzhausers. Theyre telling me my warranty is up when I only had the machine for 3 months and telling me I have to pay xxxx of dollars to have it fixed. Ive heard many others have issue with this company as well. Ive complained many times and no solution.. Please check into this company and their terrible service. I would like for them to pay me back all the money Ive spend on the machine and only had 3 months of use out of it. Thank you.
