Home inspection of an occupied and furnished townhome with attached garage at 10am, July 31, 2024 conducted by ****** Siena with First Choice Inspectors, LLC. He broke and/or damaged personal property along with property that was to be included in the sale with what appears to be a scheme to get more money towards the purchase of my home. I reached out to the owner several times for a detailed explanation of why ****** Siena unplugged my stove and oven, why he went through my refrigerator and freezer along with some of my personal property in my garage, why he left standing water in the bath tub and in the laundry room sink filled to the rim for over 10 hours, why he turned off my a/c, why he left my balcony door open knowing that my security system was turned off, why he left the balcony light on, why he left my washing machine on, why he broke the ceiling fan chain, among other things. Boxes that were previously taped and stacked neatly in my garage were damaged and thrown haphazardly on top of lighter-weight boxes and furniture. It also appears that the inspector helped himself to a bottle of water from the 24-pack in my garage and then left that half-empty bottle on top of my recycling bin. My home and garage were not left in the same condition it was in when I left earlier that morning. ****** Siena was careless and/or incompetent and unprofessional to conduct inspections of owner-occupied homes versus vacant homes.I want to ensure that this firm respects the owners home and personal property in all purchase transactions regardless of who hired them. Furthermore, they should not jeopardize the home owners safety and security nor intentionally damage any homeowners property.I made several attempts by phone and email to reach the owner, but have been unsuccessful. As of today, First Choice Inspectors, LLC has neglected to contact me.
