    I met a rep on Wednesday, 8 days later still no quote. When I asked why I didn't receive a quote he said I was rude for expecting it that quickly. I guess 8 days is too quick to get a quote. I can only imagine how slow they'd be if I hire them, no thanks.

    We are saddened to hear your review , first of all our reps treat everyone with the highest respect . Next we reviewed the text conversation you had with your rep and your false sir as to the alleged he was rude . First of all you initiated very rude text conversation for no reason . We understand your frustration over us taking time to send the quotes, but we do process over 100 quotes a day on the busy season . To be quite honest your rep did try to express his apologies over the delay but you weren’t satisfied with that . Our rep also asked you for another chance to have our main office send the quotes that were still in proofing dept . To answer the comment of how slow we’d be if you hired us it would be 30-45 days . I’m sure someone in your job field and profession realizes all reputable home improvement firms are very busy during the season . Lastly again we are saddened that you feel this way about us . Good luck

    I wish I was here to write a rave review on Hytech Landscaping but their costumer service and apparent "warranties" are GARBAGE. As the company boasted about being an A+ on the BBB, I would beg to differ. We had a patio put in **** of 2021. The patio itself turned out amazing, thanks to the quality of work of the men working for this company. To them, THANK YOU!! We were told by ***** that after a year they would come back out and check the patio and make any changes or adjustments after it was settled. The impression he gave was that it was done automatically. Boy were we wrong! After a year, we had some minor concerns with the ************************* sealer sand in some areas and a cracked brick. We never heard from them about coming out themselves so we emailed. I was followed up by ********************* who requested photos of the areas we wanted touched up. She also indicated "warranties are done twice a year, end of May and September. Please make note of this." Condescending in my opinion. Nonetheless, from there, I never heard from them. 5-6 emails have gone unanswered. Emails from myself as well as my husband. Unprofessional and not to be trusted!! We wanted our sealer sand refilled in areas so our 2-year-old daughter doesn't trip and hurt herself but I guess this company doesn't care about the quality of their work as well as safety of individuals. Shame on you and I absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND them!
