Producers National Insurance refuses to pay my claim. Based on they supposably can not contact their insured Ms ******* is the policy holder however Ms ******* allowed *************** to use her vehicle. *************** is not excluded from the policy. On July 28 2023 ********************-ended my 13 Kia ******* exchanged information and admitted fault which is recorded. ************* their adjuster *********************. ) I've completed all the documents, answered all their plans, supplied all the evidence, photos, sent all letter of demand and texted their CEO. I've contacted the ******** insurance board but the insurance board said they are not listed as an insurance company. I don't believe Producer National is acting in good faith. They don't have a legitimate reason for denying the claim.. I'm trying to avoid all claims court.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Good evening,

This is the first communication that I have received from the BBB since I filled my complaint.
The complaint has NOT been resolved.
************** the adjuster called me last week to say that the company is Not going to pay the claim because "Allegedly" their client will not return her phone call?
How do I know this is true?
I'm not being paid for the claim I filed because ************* can't get her client to call her? That's crazy.
    Why should I be punished.
    I wasn't at fault
I answered all their questions and returned them as requested
I sent them all the photographers which shows that my vehicle was hit from the rear.
This company is Not acting in good faith.
According to their reviews they don't pay any claims using this same tactic.

    Please don't close this case.

While it is our goal to resolve all matters amicably, there are occasions when we reach an impasse with the claimant or their representative. The company will contact the complainant again at the last known contact information available.  Meanwhile, we encourage the Complainant to contact our company directly to discuss the status/outcome of their claim.

I am rejecting this response because: I just received this letter dated Thursday November 9, ****. I apologize for sending you another message but I couldn't find the Reject Business Response. I reject business responds. I have provided Viva Seguros with pictures where my 2013 Kia **** was hit directly from the rear. I've answered all their delay tactic questions, I've drawn the accident sketch. Viva Seguros position is that since *************** won't return their supposed phone call that is grounds for denying my claim. At the time of accident I gathered 3 eye witnesses information. I have contacted each one of them. All 3 have notarized sworn affidavit of facts and are willing to testify in small claims court. What is *************** going to say that will change the fact. How is it fair to me if *************** doesn't return their alleged phone call? I have **** in vehicle damage, to serve Viva Seguros with a subpoena it's $250.00 attorney fees, all 3 witnesses reimbursed for missing work plus my time for missing work. This company possibly could be demanded to pay 5;or 6 thousand dollars maybe more. Although the damage estimate alone is almost $1600.00 If Viva Seguros will overnight me a check in the amount of $****.00 dollars before November 27, 2023 to my home address ********************************************************************. I'd be willing to resolve this matter. Kind regards.

    Sincerely,

My car was hit by a driver with ****************, during the whole process the claims adjuster *************************** has failed to follow up in a timely manner. We were forced to used the repair shop that they have a contract with and after almost 1 month and a half with my car the work was still not completed to satisfaction. The company is expecting me to pay out of pocket for the repair and then submit for reimbursement when they still owe me $497.

I ha an auto insurance policy from Viva Seguros in ******** under Producers National claims adjustor ***************************** ************ ********************************** filed claim for repairs #**VSILP0001810 Vivasegurosinc.com **************************************************************** early September I took my car to the shop at ********************* where I bought it because some rodent had chewed the electrical wires in my engine, causing operating problems. The dealer repair shop told me they would have to replace the electrical harness at an estimated cost of $3500, and that it should be covered under my auto policy. I filed a claim, the insurance sent an adjustor to the dealer shop to inspect the damage claimed, and then I heard nothing from them. After repeated calls to the claims adjustor ***************************** that went unanswered and were not responded to, I was finally told that my claim had been denied because the cost of repair was less than my policy deductible. This made no sense to me so I asked questions at the dealer and at the insurance. The insurance told me that the $350 cost of repairs was less than the $500 deductible on my policy. When I asked where they got a $350 figure, they didnt respond. I went to the dealer where they told me the insurance inspector who had come was told that the harness needed to be replaced for an estimated $3500 and the inspector said nothing and left. ******** finally told me that one wire only needed to be repaired for $350 not the whole harness as the dealer reported, so the claim was closed without even bothering to let me know until I called and called and started asking around. The dealer said they wouldnt replace just one wire and if I wanted to have another shop attempt to do that, I was free to have my vehicle (which was driven to the dealer but was now inoperable) towed to another shop at my expense, but they would assist me in financing $350 of the $3500 repairs they estimated. This is going to be a long one but please read. I hope that with this review I can prevent someone from going through what I went through. On March 20,2022 I was shot at while driving my car. There were two bullets that struck & damaged my passenger front & back doors. It was a very traumatizing experience & while I thought that would be the worse part, I was absolutely wrong. This company was trying to get away with giving me a $100 check to cover my repairs when they had two estimates & a supplement that said my repairs would be way over that. They had me driving my car for MONTHS with bullet holes on it because they would not approve any of the estimates that were provided. I ran the risk of getting shot at again just by driving a car that already had bullet holes on it, it was dangerous but if I took anything away from this experience is that this company does not care about their customers. I had to go as far as getting a lawyer & drafting up a law suit for them to finally take me seriously. Once I let them know that their was a law suit drafted they sent over an appraiser to inspect my vehicle in person after being denied an appraiser when I requested one to begin with. The appraiser they sent to inspect my car was trying to tell me that the car didnt need much work, I probably would have believed her but keep in mind that I had already been dealing with this incident for months & had multiple experts look at my car so I knew what the car needed. Once I told the appraiser that I knew what the car needed & that she wasnt the only one who looked at my car she agreed with the repairs. Its been 3 months since the incident happened, I wanted to wait to write this review until after I was done dealing with this company so I can write a fair & honest review for everyone. As of today, I have canceled my insurance with this company. They have the worse customer service I have ever seen in a company. I am disgusted with the way they treat their customers. On their w
