I purchased 2 Bruxy Platform Sandals, one in black and one in white, on May 25, 2024. I paid ****** for this order. I noticed on my Shop App, that it was supposedly delivered on June 7. On that day i did not recieve a package or any mail for that matter. I have cameras at all entrance ways of my home also i was there the whole day that day doing yard work. I have contacted the company, at which time they asked me to check my cameras and neighbors homes for delivery of the package at which there are no findings for either. I feel like *** being robbed of monies at this point because i do not have the package, even though they are insisting that it was delivered. I have the video coverage from that day and have some pictures from the shipping tracking website that look odd. I will provide them if needed. Order number is provided in pictures.Initial Complaint

Placed an order for sneakers with Basso on August 19 2022, and never received my order. I paid for my order using Afterpay. The whole order is paid offing time ago but shoes never came. I contacted Basso 3 times, one time they got back to me saying they will check on it, never did, and when I contacted them again, they just never responded. I want my money back.Business response

I have received the complaint id ********. The customer requested a refund as the package was never delivered. This customer did not provide us with an email address or phone number at the time of purchase and we were unable to get in touch with them.
Nevertheless, a full refund was issued today back to the original payment method.
On a separate note, we have currently purchased the business and we would like to get the address to which you guys send the mail notifications, updated

I received my package for order which was for a ****** Crescent Shoulder Bag, as confirmed in the shipping confirmation email from Basso. The ** tracking number ###### is also listed in that email.I received a sweater, not a bag. You can tell this is the shipment supposed to be a bag because the tracking number from the email is on the package.I have contacted the company with no reply.Business response

Dear Customer Relation Representative,We received an order from ******************* on Sep 4, and the order was delivered on Sep 13. She emailed us on Sep 14, that she received the wrong item. We offered for a new package and she declined and asked for a refund.
