I have been using the botox for migraines for over 2 years. I have been using the botox savings program for over 2 years with no issues. I moved out of state and had no problems. I had to get new doc, then insurance then get the insurance to be effective. Then had to wait for the doc to have appt Then I went to doc I got a sample. And The botox savings program wont give me my money for the office visit $85 back because They want a doc note with that I got a free sampleInitial Complaint

During the first month on RinVoq, I developed breathing issues while lying down, sores on my tongue, and fatigue. At the end of the second month, I developed diarrhea, nausea, itchy, and painful red bumps on my arms and legs that developed into scabs, shingles, and athlete's foot. I also developed itchy, painful bumps on my groin area and a painful lesion on my v**** My left foot got severe, painful blisters completely covering the left side of my foot. The right foot got a couple of blisters. My skin is so fragile that I cannot wear even a bedroom shoe without getting another blister. I have headaches and the fatigue is still bad. I cannot wear a bathing suit bottom because that caused some tearing. I stopped the medicine at the end of the second month and I still have these side effects a month later.Initial Complaint

Abbvie is harassing me and will not leave me alone. I tried to sign up for their program in January and they made it so difficult, before i was fully enrolled I decided i wanted nothing to do with them. I told them in January to unenroll me and stop calling me but they refuse. I have lost count of how many times i have told them I am no longer interested in their program and I have no interest in their medication but they will not stop calling me trying to get me to do refills or just calling me to see a review of medicine. They are trying to even file with my medical insurance even though I'm telling them I don't want anything to do with them. That was the final straw. These people should have left me alone in January when i told them i wanted nothing to do with them, yet they are trying to file with my insurance this month as if i am in the program right now. I want these people to stop calling me and to stop pretending i am in their medical program. Abbvie is basically acting like a fired employee that refuses to leave. I probably should just *** them but am hoping this will work first. For the record when i tried to sign up with the program i couldn't even get these people to send me the welcome information packet and forms to fill out. I think they kept sending them to the wrong address. So unless someone pretended to be me and filled those out for me there was no way they should have ever thought i was fully enrolled in their program and wanted refills every month.Initial Complaint

Abbvie is a patient assistance program for eligibility to brand name medications. I have been using this assistance program for four or five years now. It used to be Allergan and I have never had any issues with them whatsoever until now that Abbvie has taken over. The incompetence of customer service is reprehensible. I have turned in my paperwork as well as sending in pictures of my medical insurance information. I meet all the criteria just like the previous years. I keep getting the run around.I know I cannot give personal information but this is affecting my health and they seem not to care one bit. From my understanding after talking to one of the 3 representatives in the past week I am not the only one having issues.This medication costs $1500.00 for a 90 day supply using the GoodRx program. With my insurance it is probably a couple of hundred dollars more. That is $6,000Initial Complaint

I have been approved by Abbvie Assist for Creon, a digestive enzyme. Every month since my approval almost one year ago there has been some issue... my application isn't complete, the pharmacy forgot to ship it product, it is lost in the mail, there wasn't time to ship it and it was forgotten about, the prescription isn't clear, the dosage is too vague, etc. It seems that they just don't want to provide the medication in a timely manner. I suffer from Pancreatic cancer and had a portion of my pancreas removed. It will not grow back and I will continue to need these enzymes for the rest of my life. I am unable to digest food without the enzyme. I don't understand why I am required to reapply every 4 months, my income doesn't change since I am retired and a tax return is used as verification ( I only file taxes once a year). The most recent issue is the dosage is listed as 2-3 capsules with meals and 1 with snack maximum of 12 per day. Yet now it was decided, after a year and 2 days and and 5 phone calls to Abbvie, that it should say 3 with meals. Even though they ship 400 capsules per order. Just another excuse to delay my order. Today they claimed that they are a very small company and can be expected to let patients know when an order is cancelled and not shipped. They expect the patient to let them know. In theory this would be great except you have no way of knowing unless you call everyday and endure hours of being on hold and then not getting proper information. I don't understand why this is allowed to continue. This medication is NOT a controlled substance, so it's not like I will be selling it on the street. It is however very necessary to maintain my health. If I could afford it I would make other arrangements, but as I stated I have pancreatic cancer and have incurred over 0.5 million is medical bills in the last year.Initial Complaint

I have faxed and faxed both Linezess and the Restasis application. I have called and called and every time I have gotten a different answer. I have asked for a mgr and still nothing. Left messages and emailed customer service. I have reported the company to ** Attorney General.Initial Complaint

I was approved for the AbbVie patient assistance program in Jan 2022 for Synthroid. My prescription insurance stopped covering brand name Synthroid so my doctor's ****** and I filled out the paperwork to be approved. AbbVie sent out the first prescription Jan 23 which the doctor's ****** never received, they sent a replacement Feb 1, 2022 and the doctor's ****** did not receive that. Thinking the problem was with ***** myself and my doctor's ****** sent a request to have it sent to my home. Since that time, AbbVie's pharmacy has rejected the prescriptions my doctor's ****** has sent over for a variety of reasons (no name, no address, DOB, various doctor's ****** This last time I spoke with two reps last week who confirmed it was shipped out on March 15. I called today and the rep checked into it and said the pharmacy rejected it again this time because they could not read certain parts of the prescription. I need my thyroid medicine. I am running out. I don't know what else to do. I feel like myself and my doctor's ****** are being jerked around. Why approve me for free medication assistance and find every reason not to send it to me? I am so frustrated and upset.Initial Complaint

I have faxed both applications on Linzess 290 mg and Restasis eye drops ***** pages each. As of today both drs completed their portion in full. Prior they were saying the drs were missing information on the prescriber portion of the application, so as of today it was done right and we faxed them several times because all they kept saying was we didnt get it, we didnt get it over and over. I asked for a supervisor but no one ever put me thru to one. I did a formal complaint w/ the ** Attorney General. This company is not processing applications. I qualified and it was sent to the pharmacy but then the next thing they say, it gets kicked out. I will drop the complaints when they process both my applications. My aunt is going to fax both prescribers forms Monday, March 21st. We will keep faxing until they process. This is unacceptable and shows little respect for a patient who is completely out of both meds. The customer service is awful except for the last young lady who was helpful, now she sent the Restasis thru and it approved and ready to be filled but the Linzess is not. I am not sure what the problem is but this is the worst company I have had to deal with ever. Again the complaint will be deleted only after I receive my medications.Initial Complaint

I submitted my application for Armour thyroid through my Abbvie assist on Dec. 17th 2021. I have made attempts every week since to check on the status and after waiting for hours to get a hold of somebody all I get is the runaround. I have spoken to 5 different people on 5 occasions and am told they will process it but never do. There is a different excuse every time. I submitted everything they need why can't I get my medication. Thank You
