    • Consumers allege the business print ads are misleading them to believe it is an urgent matter and to contact the business immediately.

    Our advertisement specifically states, “Not all consumers have previous coverage. We are not affiliated with your current mortgage holder.” In addition to the disclosure, we will take additional steps to make sure our representatives clearly explain that the offer is for an Additional 3 years of coverage beyond their current policy, if they have one (once again, not all consumers have previous coverage)

      I received 2 pink letters dated 4 weeks apart, addressed to NEW HOMEOWNER, stating to activate my home warranty coverage on my property and by neglecting it meant I will be responsible for all repairs once the coverage on the property expired. The last sentence said this may be our only attempt to contact you about your home service program. After contacting them, I was made to believe it was a 1- time paymnent of ******. I was told that the cotract booklet would arrive in the mail in 7-10 business days. It never came until I called them because I needed to see which appliances are covered and because my dishwasher was not working since the time we moved in. The agent was too informative and told me I had to wait a few days more before I called a technician so the claims department would not deny my request. After the repair was done in a few days the dishwasher broke again so I called them I was cancelling the agreement plan because it makes no sense paying for $75/technician service call and me paying ****** monthly. I only realized a few days later that it was a monthly bill after I had been debited another ****** when I accidentally spotted it on my online bank statement. That was the only time they explained how the contract plan works. Again another agent convinced me to retain the plan. He promised again to send me a booklet of the contract as well as in the email this time. I received a piece of scrap almost 2 weeks later, with missing pages, not arranged in chronological order. It was just a computer printout with the sender address of **********************************************************I demand a refund of $******. I do not trust this company now. I am about to have my boiler/oil burner serviced and I spoke with ****** who checked out this business (Integrity? Home Service Agreement Program) by the address 5 Revere The agent notified me of the 2.8 star rating. I also just received a denial today from Integrity to be reimbursed for a recent plumbing service.
