Returning from a family vacation in May of 2024, my truck had an issue with the brakes 40 minutes from home. I am insured with Allstate and contacted Allstate Roadside to dispatch a tow truck. The company they dispatched was C.A.R.S of Idaho LLC. I communicated with the towing company where the truck would be parked, as I was able to obtain a ride home since the towing company said it would be a few hours. The tow company towed my truck to my office/warehouse parking lot and when I arrived the next morning I noticed significant damage to my rear bumper and quarter panel. I notified the towing company immediately and they texted back saying it was already like that. My warehouse camera showed my truck being towed backwards on a wheels up tow truck. I then asked the towing company for a picture showing my truck before they towed it. After weeks of asking for this picture and having to have Allstate mediate, the tow pictures where of the truck and damage after the truck was loaded and around the block from where the truck was parked. It was clearly damage by the two truck driver having to make two sharp left handed turns. T I am asking that the towing company pay the damage in the amount of $3,567.78 plus any amount for a rental car.

I have requested reimbursement for a rental car for which I was told Id be reimbursed & Allstate has ignored my request. Allstate owes me $211.04.I was rear-ended & filed Claim ********** on July 17, 2024 with the insurance company of the person who rear-ended me (Allstate). Allstate arranged for the repair & provided a reservation for an Enterprise rental car (X3VM2B) but told me I had to pay for the rental car out-of-pocket but could email the rental car receipt to **************************************** & would be reimbursed within 2 days via Zelle using my phone number. I emailed the rental car receipt to Enterprise on Aug 2, 2024. I called on Aug 8 since Id not received a response & was given the run around. I called again today & was given the run around. Allstate lied to me & is dishonest & I do not recommend this company.

i have a car accident. i tried to contact Allstate several days now ,to report it and have Allstate contact me regarding getting my damaged car fixed. Their phones are forever busy and no arrangements to leave a message for a contact later. Their recording keeps repeating that their agents are busy assisting other customers. i waited 3 hours and phone went blank timed out. As a senior , i am not tech savvy. i need help and need to get my damaged car fixed. my agent told me i have to file the accident report personally. How possible when phone contact is always busy. At the very least send me an accident reporting form to fill out. and where to send it to. I am tired of waiting on the phone for some Allstate employee to contact me , to no avail. This is very frustrating.I have spent hours on the phone waiting. Have to ho take my medication now . Allstate is killing me slowly. This is not right. HELP ..

In July 18th 2024 afternoon, I drove my car on the way to my home at I-45 north. I stopped because the traffic ahead of me. However, my car was hit by the car (2006 *************) behind me. My car got some bumper damage and the trunk could not be opened. I collected the insurance information from the Buick driver (a young boy, and I have a copy of his driver license). Because the car damage was not too bad and I was not hurt, we did not call the police to the scene. After I got home, I filed a claim to the Buick driver's insurance company (Allstate Insurance) right away, and emailed the photos I took on the scene to them later upon an Allstate agent's request. However, I did not get feedback from Allstate for a couple weeks, so I called them today for an update. Unfortunately, they told me they would not be paying for my car damages because they could not reach their customer (the 2006 Buick ********************** policy owner) to confirm my claim and they could not tell if my car was hit by their customer's car just from the photos I took in the scene. The photos (which will be uploaded as an attachment) clearly depict the damage the crash caused with the other car behind mine, but the agent said that we needed an image showing direct contact between both cars to confirm my story. However, taking a picture of this moment would be nearly impossible because of how the cars drifted apart following the crash.I am totally lost! I do not think it is my fault that Allstate could not get contact with their customer. What kind of evidence I should show them to prove my claim?

On August 7th 2024, Allstate made an electronic withdraw of $204.51 to cover what I thought was for vehicle and mobile home insurance premiums combined. After the withdraw I was notified by email that $103.65 was due to be paid for the mobile home, which I did not pay because I had been led to believe that everything was covered by one payment. The agent, ************************************* called me to sell me these insurance policies telling me how I would be saving money by switching to Allstate. I asked him if the mobile home would be covered and if the vehicle and mobile home would be bundled and all one payment and his answer was, "yes". He said that it would be $295, which was cheaper than the insurance that I had, so I switched. Later he sent paperwork to my email address to be electronically signed, I would not sign the one document because it had "M" for my gender and I am a born FEMALE and consider myself one. I alerted ******* and he said that he would correct it and did not do so. I waited and contacted him a second time and found out that he was out of the office for a week. I then talked to ***** and he said that he would correct it and did so and he told me that the premium would now be $204.51 for me being a FEMALE and not a MALE. I feel that ******* misled me and knew that he was flim-flaming me all along just to make the sale and get his commission for doing so. I have cancelled the insurance with Allstate and have gone back to the company that I was with in the first place. I want the money back from Allstate and I do not want to be contacted by them ever again via phone call, email or US mail!

On January 12 2024 a tree fell on the house due to an ice storm. I had home insurance with Allstate. Allstate was contacted and failed to repair the damage in a timely manner and the house sustained further damage from the weather. Allstate eventually tore out the wall ceiling carpet padding insulation gutters shingles vents and put a plastic tarp. Nearly 9 months have passed with nearly 50+ phone calls and emails over 9 months and still no repairs have been made. Estimates totalling over $30,000 have been submitted multiple times. Wife and I are in our late 80s and have suffered from the freezing winter cold and now the excessive summer heat having no ceiling and a roof with dozens of large holes. The tarp over 9 months is no longer serving any purpose and the subflooring is now becoming damaged. Myself and family have spoke to many property claims adjusters who have failed to get the house repaired. Latest property claims adjuster named ************************************* has not returned calls as she has promised and failed to submit a check for repairs. Only check submitted was fir $2900 which has not been cashed because that amount will not repair a house that is currently been torn to studs only and has no ceiling walls and partial roof. At least 12 of the sheets of plywood had branch limbs go completely through the room. The master bathroom sustained similar damage. It's been 9 months and zero repairs made

I am rejecting this response because:
After nearly 9 months myself and my wife in our mid 80s have lived in an unhealthy and unsafe condition because allstate who we pay premiums to has failed to make the repairs or provide the necessary checks to pay the professional contractors to complete repairs. I am represented by an attorney and allstate has been informed of this in writing g and has name and number of the law firm. Proper resolution is to communicate and work with what the attorney is requesting in order to make our home habitable and safe.
      Sincerely,

I worked with Allstate via chat (July 28th) and told them to NOT renew my auto insurance, which was set to renew on August 3rd. I received confirmation via chat (on July 28th) that it would not renew. However, when the renewal date came around, it automatically renewed for another 6 months and took the renewal rate out of my bank account. I believe I am entitled to a full refund -- not the prorated rate to exclude August 3rd to August 10th. I was told in the chat it would terminate, but it did not. I've attached a copy of our chats.

I went to insure my vehicle through the online portal. My vehicle was a 2014 ******* Elantra. I asked them to provide insurance for collision and casualty which matched my other policy on my account. I waited 2 days and spoke with someone online. They said that they did not have record of it I added the vehicle to my policy with them. once again, During this I got the attached document which was an insurance card. Several days later I checked in to get my policy card and the vehicle was not added to my policy again. I called their number and they then said that they would actually not provide insurance for this vehicle. Due to this, I had been driving an uninsured vehicle around which is illegal in my state. If I were in an accident, I would've been on the hook for all charges. I called a supervisor once again and did not get an answer. I was told they're busy, and they would get back to me in ***** hours. They did not. I attempted to contact them several times and was met with the same excuse. I am seeking some sort of settlement/ compensation due to the illegal nature of the actions I committed due to the negligence and inconsistency within the ladder of labor that is the allstate chat feature. Allstate claimed I was ensured when I was not and this enabled me to commit an action that could have caused financial hardship/ ruin for me.

Claims Department- I was involved in a car accident about a month ago and I am still awaiting for my pay out and resolutions. In turn, the vehicle was deemed as a total loss from the causation of this company's (customer insurer). In this case, I was neglected when not even at fault. I live in an entirely different state from where the accident occurred while attending a work conference. I was not provided information until I called to take matters in my own hands and today I am still over extending myself to get results. The claims representative never called me and seemed quite dismissive and uninterested to the nature of this matters of my health and my needs to accessible transportation. In turn, the investigation was over and completed in two days. Nonetheless, I am still awaiting finalization when I provided everything they asked for before the company extended the provision of its assistance in this capacity. As a combat veteran of United Sates Armed Forces, I put on my gear daily to fight an enduring battle in hopes to receive the respect of which the fallen would not receive in professionalism, tact and customer service. In turn, my dealings with the return on my investment catch even match when I am not in the wrong and I am at lost with my return of gains on my investments.
