      Hello: I was billed $105 to my card ending on 5273 on November 25, 2024.I was given a discount and was told that I would be receiving a refund of $98.44 to my card. I checked my card for $98.44 and as of today January 17, 2025 no refund transaction has taken place.I called and spoke to a person named ***** on December 24, 2024, and I was told that the $98.44 was issued on 12/15/24 to a master card ending in 9689. I was told that the case would be escalated. I have called to have this matter resolved/ investigated several times and a total of 3 escalations were done. I asked to speak to a supervisor on January 17, 2025 and was told that the supervisor was in a meeting.On January 17, 2024 I'm constantly being told that the money was refunded back to my card ending in 5273.Also I received a charge on my card ending in 5273 for $4.06 on 12/26/2024. I was told that a charge of $5.31 would be charged monthly. No written explanation as to this charge.Please help me get the refund that I was told I received. Happy New Year.       I am rejecting this response because:

      After calling Allstate Roadside several times, and having the issued escalated I was constantly being told that my refund had been sent to my card ending in 5273.

      It was not until I contacted BBB, and reported the error to *************** that now Allstate is attempting to investigate their error.

      Sorry,  it has taken me a couple of days to respond, but with a rare lung cancer diagnosis; along with our current weather that has exacerbated my condition. 

      I checked my phone log, and I did not see a missed call from Allstate.

      I've been a member for many years why did you try to charge me $199 for one year ? Why did you not continue with the monthly payment option ? I'm very upset after being a member for many years .

      I called for roadside assistance I had been with the company for about 8 months they told me I had no services left I told him they were mistaken they denied me and said I had used four toes which I did not they had let someone fraudulently used my account to get four different cars towed on my account God knows what my other information they have let get out I missed two days of work because of this I think I should get paid my money back that I paid into them the time that I had them and my two days work that I missed not to mention someone should do jail time but I'm not going to get in that.

      I had my vehicle stolen on 08/27/2024 and was advised by Allstate to wait on processing a claim until Louisville PD recovered the vehicle or they stopped investigating. I was not told about compensation for a rental car or other forms of transportation while I waited for Louisville PD to finish their investigation. I processed a claim a month after the theft and Allstate deemed it a total loss two weeks after filing the claim. They sent to me via mail documentation to fill out, notarize, and send back. After several phone calls I had still not been offered compensation for a rental or other forms of transportation and have been using the local TARC bus routes to commute to and from work which I was not compensated for by Allstate. In the process of getting the documentation notarized the vehicle was recovered by ************* and the insurance company changed their ruling on the total loss, claiming that now that the vehicle has been recovered before receiving the documentation from me they would send an adjuster to determine the cost of repairs. For three months I have not been able to get into contact with my caseworker, and they continue claiming I have not sent documentation to them when I have sent it in the mail on multiple occasions. They did not offer me an alternative until recently, and after sending the documentation again, digitally, the caseworker has not been heard from since 12/03.

      On October 30th, my vehicle was hit by another vehicle who ran a stop sign. Unsure what to do, I started a claim with Allstate. On this day, I signed up for roadside assistance and ordered a tow and a rental through the app. I then spoke to someone with Allstate Roadside and they said I could not use Roadside assistance for 30 days. I requested to cancel the *** and the membership. $7.42 was debited for the membership and credited back on Nov 1st. On the same day as the accident $159 was debited from my Amex by Allstate Roadside. This was not credited back to my **** on Nov 1 like the $7.42 for the membership. A tow driver called me but I had my car towed to a body shop at no charge to me thru the driver of the other cars insurance. I told the tow driver I did not need his services and his services were supposed to have been cancelled by Roadside. Today, I spoke with *** in Columbia call center. He spent a very long time talking to supervisors and putting me on hold. I was on the phone with Member Services for 43 minutes without resolution. I requested to speak to a supervisor. I was told one would call me within 30 mins. That was 3 hours ago. No call back as of yet. *** told me they couldnt find a record of the charge. Nonetheless, I have a transaction number and owe my Amex $159.00 I am attaching photos of the transaction as well as the debit/credit of $7.42 back and forth from and to my account for ******************** membership. As well as the debit of $159.00 of which no one has a record and there is no invoice. I am disputing the charge with **** but this is fraud and theft. I didnt authorize this charge and did not receive a tow.

      obviously they didnt read my complaint. I did contact member services. Spoke to *** in member services at the ******************** location. *** couldnt find the charge. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told they would call me in 30 mins. That was 2 days ago. Still no call. Still no resolution. Allstate Roadside Assistance charged my card $159 and has NO RECORD of it. And no one has called me back. I spent 45 mins on Saturday trying to resolve through their call center.

      ******* ******** was the victim of a MVA that damaged our truck. Our insurance processing the claim is Allstate. Allstate has failed to communicate adequately and has behaved in an adversarial and bullying manner while managing our claim. We were told by the Allstate representative ***** ******* that because we were not willing to settle the claim for the amount that he wanted us to ($14,000) he was going to destroy the title of our vehicle, which Allstate did. He also provided a ****** report that had been updated (by Allstate) with the diminished value of our vehicle as a total loss as the rationale for his low valuation of our vehicle. Allstate updated the claim stating that we had agreed to settlement and that the vehicle was a total loss without our consent. We notified them of their error (via email, phone, fax and letter) and they chose to disregard us and proceed with the claim anyway. Allstate demanded and accepted payment from the at-fault party's insurance (Geico) prior to making us whole from our loss. This has barred us from being able to receive compensation for our damages from ***** for the vehicle and additional accessories which were damaged in the **** We have requested they retract the claim, but they chose to proceed anyway, attempting to get a net profit from our loss. Allstate has effectively held our vehicle hostage and been using their precipitous destruction of our vehicle's title as a way to try to strong arm us into accepting the settlement that they proceeded with without our consent. Allstate has failed to provide any path forward for us to extricate ourselves from this situation without excessive ongoing loss. The value of our vehicle was damaged not just from the **** but specifically from the actions that Allstate took in branding our vehicle as a total loss with a destroyed title, which never should have occurred.

      We have attempted to resolve this issue with Allstate over the phone and through email and have involved Allstate customer service as well as the supervisors of the initial representatives who started this problem.


      There is no person at Allstate that has provided any resolution. The only reason provided for these actions was given by ***** ******* "I had ***** process it to expedite the claim." The claim we specifically requested that ***** **** not process.  ***** ******* is ***** ****** direct supervisor and ******* actions as his supervisor are the entire reason for this problem.     


      Allstate could resolve all these issues by simply composing two short emails and settling our account.
      Please connect us with someone who can review and rectify our issues with Allstate.

      Im a member of Allstate Roadside. My sons car had a flat tire and he called Allstates roadside assistance. The towing company towed his car to a ********* nearby. All of my sons items were stolen from his car. The towing company was the only one in possession of his keys. We contacted Allstate roadside to put in a claim on October 14, 2024. We were told that someone would contact us through email or phone between 3-5 business days. Ive reached out to Allstate a total of 3 more times and they have not responded. My son had valuable items in his car and would like to be compensated. Thank you.

      On 10/30/24 I called Allstate Road Side Assistance and ordered a tow, they stated I did not have any tows left on my membership so I was going to have to pay full price$159 which I agreed I needed my car out of the middle of the road so I had no choice. Then the tow truck driver from another company calls me and tells me they will need to charge an additional $90 due to some non sense a out labor? So I said you know what never mind I do not need it no more that is way too much so I said just cancel. I ended calling a different company and paid $90 total for the tow. It's been since 10/30/24 and my $159 has yet to be put back on my card and every time I call they give me different time frames, now I was just told it could take up to 2 months!? Wow that just seems unreal. How can they charge you that much and take the money automatically but can't give you your money back automatically. I just want my money I am owed back.
