    Has same day shipping for certain wigs/colors but does not follow through with actually shipping the same day. It'll take 3-4 days to even get it shipped out and then the normal ship times. False advertisement- do not claim to ship products on the same day if you are not going to follow through!

    Says they'll ship next day and has a code for 4.99 shipping that does not apply when checking out. Takes over a week and a half to ship. Three times Ive ordered and same problem. Never again

    Can't wait till president elect ***** places tariffs on country where product comes from because it is not produced here..Ebonyonline will be out of buisness asap! I ??????

    Some of their wig units when deliverd doesnt look or present itself as displayed online. Seems as if the model wigs are heavily styled/manipulated prior to being displayed in online gallery.Their customer service leaves more to be desired. They do not show the customer that they're in the business to provide great products & support. They do not care about customer satisfaction. Buyer be ware!!!

    Dont purchase from here! I made an order and I would assume someone stole it because I didnt receive it. It says delivered to front desk/mail room. I told them no one has it at the front desk and it is not in the mail room. They told me they wont do anything because the package says delivered. They also said I didnt pay for shipping that covers situations like this. So now I am out of $200 because someone stole my package. No where on the payment screen does it say they wont help you if your package is stolen or that you need a certain shipping option.

    The return policy should be illegal. They send out faulty wigs that are bad quality and looks nothing like it looks on the models on the website. The wigs shed chunks of hair, frizzy, tangled. If you compare it to a decent website or purchased in person, Ebonyonline gives faulty wigs that are not the same. This is scamming. The return policy is how they get away with keeping your money. Youre not allowed to take it out of the package, try it on or cut the tag off. How is anyone going to see how the hair looks on them without being able to try it on? So we cant return it if its not a fit or looks awful. Its not fair.

    I prayed to *********************** himself to protect my purchase because I don't have a lot of money. They said instantly(as others have reported) that they were out of said products. Had to leave 3 different emails to finally be contacted this week. I received hair not what I wanted at all not even close. Will NOT be ordering again. Definitely smells of scammy like.

    Why was I penalized for their mistake. I received my shipment in no time at all. The color was not close to what Id ordered. When I contacted them to return the wig, I got approval and was charged shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. The total of my refund was $20 less than what I paid, in addition to the postage fee to return it. Ive ordered from this company previously without problems but this has sealed the deal. Im done. I dont like being robbed. Order at your risk.

The only way you pay restock fees is if it was determined the correct color you ordered was sent. If it was correct and just not liked the color received the restocking fee would apply. This is on the return policy that you agreed you read and understood prior to submitting the order. We do apologize for any confusion caused.

    This company did not send all of my merchandise. I paid for 4 pieces and only received 3. They took almost 2 weeks to give an answer about my missing merchandise. It's theft! I would recommend to find a different seller.

    The wigs I received were not the color shown. I tried to resolve. The return shipping and restocking fees are ridiculous when they are at fault. I will limit my orders from EBONYLINE.com to 1 or 2 wigs per order. If I even, ever decide to order again!
