      Why was I penalized for their mistake. I received my shipment in no time at all. The color was not close to what Id ordered. When I contacted them to return the wig, I got approval and was charged shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. The total of my refund was $20 less than what I paid, in addition to the postage fee to return it. Ive ordered from this company previously without problems but this has sealed the deal. Im done. I dont like being robbed. Order at your risk.

The only way you pay restock fees is if it was determined the correct color you ordered was sent. If it was correct and just not liked the color received the restocking fee would apply. This is on the return policy that you agreed you read and understood prior to submitting the order. We do apologize for any confusion caused.

      This company did not send all of my merchandise. I paid for 4 pieces and only received 3. They took almost 2 weeks to give an answer about my missing merchandise. It's theft! I would recommend to find a different seller.

      The wigs I received were not the color shown. I tried to resolve. The return shipping and restocking fees are ridiculous when they are at fault. I will limit my orders from EBONYLINE.com to 1 or 2 wigs per order. If I even, ever decide to order again!

      I am amazed at and disgusted with the ineffiency and utter stupidity of the customer service representatives at Ebonyline. Recently, I ordered a wig, but in the ordering process my device substituted wrong info on the address line. I corrected the error the same day of the order by an email to Ebonyline. I contacted them two weeks later and my item has not been shipped because they do not have the correct address. I was assured that they now had the correct address. Three emails and 2 weeks later, after reconfirming my correct mailing address 3 more times, they mailed my item to an incorrect address. The item was returned to them, of course. I canceled the order and requested a refund. They refunded the price of the item, but not the shipping cost. My contention is that it was because of their inefficiency and stupidity that my item was mailed to the wrong address and was returned without ever being delivered to me. Why am I liable for shipping cost? If I could, I'd rate them a zero.

      I ordered a particular color of hair showed photos of my order number and screen shots of what I ordered and what was sent. I was told that I could return the item, but I would have to pay for postage. I was upset because I did not make the mistake. It was clearly made in the shipping warehouse and the representative ***** that I was chatting with it online, Refuse to meet me halfway he said that they do not pay for return postage under any circumstances and that the computer does not make mistakes.

      I ordered 3 wigs. Two of them said 2-4 days/ and or same day shipping. I needed at least two for an up coming cruise. Since one of the three had to come from an outside supplier, Ebony Online held onto all my wigs. So, they didnt even create a shipping label until 6 days later. ******** says they wont be here until Im in the middle of my cruise. I only ordered from them because of the promise of the fast shipping.

      I ordered hair from them about a week ago. It said it would ship out the same day and I was excited, the next day I get an email stating that one of the items in my order was out of stock and I needed to replace it. I sent them an email with the the item I would want instead. Well I received my tracking number a few days later and it didn't update for 4 days, until today when it was delivered. They placed their own packaging label on someone else's package. Instead of receiving braiding hair. I got a stethoscope and a case for the stethoscope. This website needs to be shut down and I would appreciate getting a refund immediately

      My problem with ********* is the shipping!:( over the years, I have occasionally ordered from this company..sometimes the service is good and sometimes not. (Unfortunately this company tends to have more variety than some others which is why I've come back off and on), so I decided to give them another chance after being away a few yrs, and I'm highly disappointed with how they shipped my item. I ordered a freetress equal 38" ponytail (1b), and it was through priority mail ******* I live on the east coast so being that this company is based in *******, it should only take 2 days to get to me. On November 9th (according to **** website), it was "shipped" out. On November 12th it showed my package arriving at a city that's only 3 hrs from me. LATE..but at least in my vicinity. There hasn't been any more update until TODAY saying that it's 42 minutes away from me..And STILL not here yet! ?? and it's saying "out for delivery "! I had to call the post office to make sure they sent it to the post office in my city so that I get it. So it'll still be at least another day before I receive my item..RIDICULOUS! It was due to get here 2 days ago!???? after this fiasco, I'll never order from this company again..too much of a headache..it's not even worth paying the exorbitant overnight /express fees which costs more than the item itself. Never again!

      I ordered six bottles of "its a black thang braid spray for men." I received four bottles and, but the caps don't fit and was held on with scotch tape. The liquid leaked out of the bottle and some were almost half full. I was requesting a either a refund or an additional set of bottles. Please advise me on how you plan to proceed.
