    TERRIBLE. They don't tell you when they ship or cancel your order on time. Unprofessional, ridiculous. They need to Daejonna and the whole staff there! I'm takin my money to another company that is much better. Ebonyline *****. This company always runs out of stock. I give them 0 stars.

    I have been a great customer over many years with Ebony line. They have changed a lot to let this happen over a $19.99 unit. If they do this to a long time customer they would have no problem doing it to you. As long as they got your money. They swear by their rules. They are a bunch of fraudsters?Ebony line is not a trusted site anymore. They sent me a wig that was worn and sent back. The wig was frayed at the end of the unit. The bag had condensation in it, also dandruff was on the unit. The hair net was sloppy put on. So I think someone wore it, didn't like it, wrapped it the best they could to make it look like they never wore it and Ebonyline restocked it, without really looking throughly to see if that customer lied. Which they did. Dandruff, disgusting. I sent them pictures of the unit. I never opened the unit. I stopped when I saw on the inside of the bag. Then I took it out of the bag, still not removing any wrappings. Disgusting. I chatted and wrote an email showing them pictures before they asked me. This was a $19.99 unit with $8.99 S&H. This is their fault so why should I have to pay to ship it back. I asked for a prepaid label to ship back their disgusting unit. They said I would have to pay to ship it back. REALLY!!. All I wanted was a new wig. I will ship back that disgusting one. They said "NO". So I am stuck with a disgusting unit. I opened it fully and dandruff was all over the unit??. I threw it in the trash. They lost a good customer over a $19.99 unit called Dream a sister wig to the Crimp 14" Head band wig. They did it to a $19.99 unit. They would not care to do it to a higher price unit. Do not waste your money on a higher price wig. You will not get your money back. I will Never buy anything from them ever again. I just can't believe they put a someone disgusting dandruff unit back on the shelf. So Unsanitary.

    EBO01141985 #EBO01145651 #EBO0114584 I placed my order online May 6 for 3 each. On May 16, I was emailed that the color I ordered was not in stock. (Why am I able to place $153 order and stock not available?)Bottomline.they emailed me regarding different colors in stock. I chose another color since I had already paid . When shipment arrived, I didnt like the color at all. Asked to return 2 each because I tried on the 1 pc. They wanted me to pay for shipping, and also would apply 20% restocking fee. UnfairThis situation was due to Ebonyline accepting my order and monies and defaulted on original order. So wouldnt you think as a merchant, this is a loyal customer and under the circumstances, go ahead and receive back and credit the unopened lace fronts with no penalties? Not customer oriented at all.Unhappy Customer
