      I just received a large home gym on a large pallet. ********************************************************************************************* Very impressive! I'm used to my packages showing up looking like they were dragged behind the truck. A lot of shipping companies could find a way to damage an anvil during shipping. This is a great company that obviously takes pride in what they do. Thank you.

      This company is awful. They opened my shrink-wrapped pallet and removed a box from it. I really wish there was a way to share a photo.

      I have never dealt with a less professional freight company. The ** of accounting was harassing my AP department, and worse yet aggressively harassing my customers who received freight shipments but weren't liable for payment! He was threatening that they would take them to court and *** them. Our account fell behind because they didn't send us a single invoice for 4 months without so much as a phone call or email, once we were made aware that our account was behind, we immediately started paying invoices but that wasn't enough and that's when the harassment started. We also had a $5,000 claim and were paid pennies on the dollar (less than $300). Steer clear of this company!

      Where to begin?Horrible company $595 in shipping claimed to deliver to my shop, never came, tracking never showed my location now they want more money for storage! Fraud of a company! They are taking not only customers money also keeping their products! Rude, horrible service!

      They submitted a $485 bid to a shipper to deliver a piece of furniture from ********** to ****** complete with white glove delivery service details of inside delivery up stairs to a second floor, and reneged upon arrival. Extremely rude delivery person from ************, ** warehouse, and dismissive M.G. email customer service representative from *********, **. Two phone representatives from *********** and ******* were extremely polite. Why would they respond to a bid with explicit terms and conditions if allegedly they only do curbside delivery? Also, their website says 24/7 service, and that is not true. And it says they get it right, the first time, which is also not true. Paying $485 for delivery to a super tall second story floor gets you nothing, and terrible service.

      WORST FREIGHT COMPANY I EVER DEALT WITH. THEY DELAY A SHIPMENT FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO NOTIFICATION. THEY SENT MY PALLET TO A TERMINAL THAT DOES NOT DELIVER TO MY CUSTOMER. THEY EXPECT MY CUSTOMER TO GO PICK UP THE TERMINAL. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND DO NOT USE THEM.

      First dealing with this company, my shipment has been sitting 12 hours from me without any movement for a week now. I email daily for a status, and the only response is "we will contact you tomorrow with updated shipping"...This is just how this company operates from the looks of the other reviews here.

      been taking 20 days to deliver from ******** to *******, first sat one full week in ********, then another week in ******* (99miles from **), they re brokers that low ball actual freight companies for sure thats why they take so long to find transportation, try to use someone else, my tracking so you can see i am an actual customer CTBV16619589

      What is the point to setting a date for a delivery if Customco does not show and reschedules without ever letting the client know.
