My Grandfather recieved a letter from ARSC with the ... 47I423II4 saying he owes over Fourteen thousand dollars to ******************** This bank doesn't exist anymore and has been closed over 20 years. My Grandfather is in hospice and we got this scam in the mail. Why can't people just stop scamming people. He has never had a account or anything with ********************

This is a scam company, and should not be allowed to do any business any where. Got a letter, under an old divorced name claiming I owed $4,952.53, on a Discover Card. I have never had a Disciver card in my life. And it was from 30 years ago. Oh, plus, I have Never in my life had a credit card with a limit that high, some crazy people have nothing better to do, I guess. I'm turning it over to my State Attorney General.Review from Donald M

ARSC / Apple Recovery sent a debt collector letter claiming an over $11k debt from First *******, I called and they stated its from ****, 28 years ago! I told them I dont owe any debt, never heard of that company. They said they would contact me the next day. I told them to never contact me again. Scammers! FRAUD! Illegal!Review from Anthony

ARSC is a scam company and should not be allow to do business. I recently received a collection notice from them saying I owe $12,777.80 to ********** who I never heard of or did business with. I knew this was a scam because that bank doesn't existing anymore, they were taken over **** by **** of America, who I currently bank with. Secondly, I've never had a credit card in the past until recently I opened my first credit card. I looked this company up and realized they are up to no good. I won't even waste my time talking to them. If anyone received any notice for payment or calls/text don't payment them anything, do your homework/research first.Review from Jewel B

Husband recieved a notice from this fraudlent company stating he owed a credit card **** for credit card he has never had. Further more when you got to their web page and look at their page they have many Grammatical errors in the about them page and the page is very new. you click on the ******** link it does not take to you a business website it takes you to some page called WIX. All the complaints here are year 2022 . I love the way they respond to complaints they would not be asking to help find company that is responsible RED FLAGReview from Gail F

I received a text from them. When I called they asked me if my name was (my previous married name from 28 years ago). That was the first red flag. I said "nope" nobody here by that name. And then they gave me the last 4 of my SS# and I told them that it was wrong.I hate to break it to this scamming company but the statute of limitations is definitely over. The minute you make a payment that starts the clock over. I am not paying on a debt that they can't even verify and the account I think they are calling about, that business has been closed for 20 years. They buy bad debt for pennies on the dollar and then tack on a ridiculous amount that they can't even verify.I feel sorry for people that actually fall for this. If you get a call like this, contact an attorney do not pay them a dime.Review from Hope S

They are leaving voicemails stating they are going to take action against me in the county I live in the guy ************************* was also very nasty when I did pick up the phone and threatened me with jail time and a bench warrant on a voicemail. They continue to call and leave threatening voicemails, I will also be filing a claim with the **** about them as well. They are also resorting to texting me now as well.ARSC Response

This matter is extremely troubling. I have found the account and I can say unequivocally that this was NOT our company. Upon receipt of this complaint I immediately checked our recordings (we record and maintain every single communication) and found only one contact which resulted in a person telling us we had a wrong number. We also have never had an employee by the name of ************************* (or anything similar). Because of the egregious conduct that you detailed in your review, I am anxious to assist you in finding the company that is responsible. Please call me as soon as you can at ***************************. I am available 8 am to 5 pm CST Monday through Friday.
