Nationwide Credit & Collection, ***** is an account revenue management company that concentrates in the healthcare services marketplace. Our clients represent a broad range of private and nonprofit hospitals, acute care providers and physician groups. We do not provide services for utility companies - specifically in reference to the consumer's complaint: ComEd. As part of our compliance procedures, upon receipt of the notice of consumer complaint we initiated an investigation into any accounts placed with our agency and we have determined that there is no account for the consumer with our agency. Should additional or contrasting information to the records presented with the complaint become available, we will once again review this matter. This complaint is a redundant claim advancing a grievance in connection with various tradeline reporting to credit bureaus as to unresolved debts placed for collection with our agency.
The initial complaint submitted by the consumer to the BBB occurred on 8/20/2021. This complaint was assigned ID ********. The complaint was responded to on 8-31-21, and the
consumer was notified of our response and requested that they provide confirmation as to whether their concerns had been satisfactorily resolved. The consumer did not provide the requested information in the indicated timeframe and subsequently was closed and the case as Answered.
We have reviewed the consumers accounts with our agency and have determined that since the initial complaint filed back on 8-20-21, our agency has not conducted any collection activity in connection with the consumer. On 8-31-21 all accounts were closed and tradeline reporting was deleted, since that date we have neither received any new accounts nor taken any collection activity in connection with consumer.

We have reviewed the complaint, as well, we have conducted a review of the account and have determined that the tradeline had not reported to the credit bureaus for the past seven months. I've received several mail from Nationwide Credit & Collection, ***** ************************************ I contact this company 6 times advising them that I have paid ***************** for my medical bills. All the representative told me that they will contact ***************** advising that payment has been received. I ask the representative could I fax over my receipts and they told me no. I spoken with the Supervisor Virginia on Thursday and she told me that she will take it off my credit and no need to worry about it and she would contact Parkland regards to this matter. No contact has been made to ***************** regards to this matter. I call back and the representative hung up in my face twice. I have attached my receipts and confirmation to proof that I have paid Parkland and take the amount of $149.00 off my credit. Nationwide employees are the most rude, unprofessional and disrespectful people that I ever seen. I just need that payment off my credit report.Business response

In accordance with our compliance policy, upon receipt of the complaint a review of the account was conducted. The accounts have been closed and no further collection activity will be taken by our agency. The credit bureaus have been notified as to the account closure and will e removed from the tradeline.
