On approximately May 5th 2021 ComEd came out to replace two older poles with new ones. In that process they placed the newer poles on my grass and against my alley dividers (railroad ties) and left them there for over a week causing damage to the grass and dividers. The railroad ties sustained cracks and got pushed out of place. They are now bowed out and dont sit properly. I also sustained damage to the vinyl fence which a hole was created by them replacing the pole and dropping debris in addition to smaller cracks and chips in the fence. Furthermore, there was large chunks of debris left all over my yard and sidewalk, which I had to clean up. I have been trying to get this done through the ******* but this process has been slow. The damage occurred several months ago, and I have only had one person come out and look, but nothing has been done since. This has been a frustrating process and I am disappointed with ComEds lack of concern for the damage to my property.Business response

Per our Project Support Team: The Contractor hasbegun to repair the damages to the fence and grass. A gift card will be provided to replace the railroad ties.
