If I can give them zero stars, I would give them that. This company isn't worth a ****. I have been in my apartment since it was newly renovated. The longest tenant in the building, I'm the only one who's ever lived in the apartment. And the thanks I get for requesting maintenance is an eviction. Not only that, I have TRUMPED up late fees that they never took care of which cause me to go to court. Long story short, I paid to stay. Which I shouldn't have had to, because of the incompetent employees they have in the office not doing their job adequately. Cost me thousands of dollars.(almost 6)Now after catching up with all the court fees and still paying my rent on time, they're taking me back to court saying I still owe them money. And that's after talking to one of the workers who went on the computer and told me my remaining balance. I ran and got the remaining balance in a money order, and asked if I was ok after paying the remaining balance, and she told me yes. I say I pay my normal rent now, and she said yes. Rent is due on the 1st no later than the 5th. Now they're telling me rents due on the 1st. I don't get it. I wouldn't have agreed to pay to stay just to be going back to court for an eviction. This rental place are vampires. They will **** all the money out of you, and will not do maintenance if you ask them. They want your money, but not willing to work for it if you need them to. I hate I spent so many years in this apartment (12) and I'm being treated like this. Please whoever reads this take heed to what I'm saying. There's so much more I want to say but I will just leave it here. You've been warned.
