I came in for a car wash and the attendant that rang me up asked if I'd like to purchase a month of car wash services for $19.99. I said yes, I'll do it. After the month went by, I started getting charged $35 a month for a subscription to their carwash. I was never told this, nor was I asked if I wanted to sign up for it. I reached out to the business and requested a call to discuss this scammy practice and a refund. They would not call me back, but did refund my card, and notified me via message they had done so. This is an unscrupulous business practice, and should be stopped. The actual car wash services are great.Review from Kenzi G

Membership has been canceled for 6 months now and still be charged, along with double charges for 5 months prior. The total amount so far taken out without authorization is now $276. I have emailed multiple people and they seemed to act stupid about the cancellation or say it is but don't answer why I am still being charged. The only option is to close my bank account and this should not have to happen for them to stop taking money out of my account. The worst customer service ever, if they even have one.Review from Hayley M

I, a single woman, was harassed by the attendant at the pay station. He attempted a hard upsell on several fronts, was extremely condescending with phrases including, but not limited to, "What you don't like free stuff?" I tried to reach for the credit card slot and my arm was too short. I took off my seatbelt, said excuse me and opened my door a crack to reach. He started yelling at me as he moved towards my car, "That's how you treat people who are just trying to do their job!" I was startled and confused and scared. I asked for his manager. He told me that he was the *** I replied that he could keep his $10 and I backed away without washing my car. I parked at the ************* next door and walked back to the indoor office at the car wash in hopes of speaking to the manager. He came in and refused to allow me to speak with anyone else, again insisting that he was the *** I asked for a business card; he didn't have one. I asked for a corporate number; he got on his cell phone and refused to help. He accused me of assaulting him which by no means happened. If you or your family members value your safety, you may want to consider patronizing one of the many other carwashes in the area.Review from Kimberly T

I was charged $50+ and the trunk was not touched, the dash was still dusty and the area between the doors and the seats was not touched. Sloppy job at best. I was asked if they could clean the trunk for me, I said please do. Then they expected a tip. I honestly forgot to give the person a tip, but when I got home and started inspecting the car, I was glad I didn't give a tip. I won't go back. I should have made them redo it, but I was crunched for time. If you want even a decent job, that's not your place. Go somewhere else. We were told we could get 3 months of car washes for $22.00. So we purchased this for two vehicles. Location ******* in ******** AZ. We then were charged $22.00 month number two. We went to talk to the manager and he told us this was a problem many customers have complained about due to the false information by their employer. He gave us a card to cancel. We then were charged for the third month after we filled out their online cancellation. We were called after I left multiple messages on their answering machine (which is the only thing you get no matter what number you call). Then a gentleman called and told me they would refund the $22 for each vehicle. We have yet to receive the refund after a month. We have been cancelled currently but still charged for three months when we had it less than two months. I want a call back after leaving messages weekly.Review from Jose Z

This company changed my membership fee to a higher amount after I went in to update my credit card information. They could change my information at the counter but couldnt correct it at the counter. They gave me a phone number to call instead. After emailing the manager he said he would correct it but instead only credited me for one month. The following month the rate went back up to another fee I had not agreed. I called to cancel my membership but this company charged me after I cancelled my membership. I have sent over six emails to ************************* and I couldnt be clearer that I wanted my refund as I had not agreed to pay that nor had used their services. I have spent over two weeks contacting ************************* and each time he has been able to not refund my full amount. He has placed me at a lower rate which I didnt want and the last email he sent where he stated he had refunded me, he only returned $13.50 of the full value. I have been very clear and direct that I want my full refund but ************************* still wasting my time. I have all the emails of our conversation. This place continues to charge my bank account after canceling membership. I have been unable to get in contact with management by phone or email regarding being charged without consent. the location local to me is ****************************************************************. The staff is horrible and wouldn't let me speak to a manager or anyone in charge. The woman on the phone gave me a fictitious phone number for corporate when I asked to speak to a manager. She provided Six zero two-787-0808 as the corporate phone. What a joke that place is. I had been paying $35/month on 2 vehicles equaling $70 monthly for 5 years. One would think a manager would be happy to speak to a loyal customer such as myself. I will be filing a formal complaint. On top of all this, my car is never clean after going through their full-service carwash much less going through the express. Even the oil changes are a joke. My car leaked oil after 2 oil changes because the technician failed to tighten the oil filter properly. Went there 2 times and that was definitely too many.Review from Mark G

My car would not engage in drive coming off the conveyor belt so instead of stopping the belt as i would hope, the conveyor belt deposited a car into my bumper and did so as well with three additional cars behind mine. When i reported the young man that worked for cobblestone said they have had issues with ****** before but offered no help or restitution to fix my bumper. Just want to report.Review from Daniel V

Salesperson at the car wash sign us up for an unlimited plan for the month. We asked if this was signing us up for monthly charge, he said no. He said if was wanted to sign up for a monthly plan we can go to the website. Come a month later, we were charged for a subscription. **************** is non-existent. Everything on the website is "we will contact you in 1-4 business days" This is a scummy practice and deceitful. It preys on individuals who are not on top of their finances.Review from Kevin C

Huge paint chip on roof caused by powerful jets happened over a week ago at the *************. location in ******, **. Report documented by Manager on duty ***** stated already had paint damage.....a blatant LIE! Was told I would hear from someone and never did. Stopped in location to speak with manager, ***** and he said he was not allowed to give corporate office contact info.. RED FLAG!VP Operations ***** appeared from office and after listening to event details, stated they would not do anything about it and it happens a lot. Things do happen in business, I get it, but such a pathetic response by a VP shows a lot about the company culture in place towards customer service.
